DUTIES:

- p* g" B* g# R; [; k7 s7 @7 N. t• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
* k7 R( ?7 }. I4 F• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.- d: p+ u) v9 h1 ^: W
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
# ~- r" X+ d# Q/ S; [4 }; W+ K- }• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.; U9 T* @% K( D0 t& J# r

REQUIREMENTS:4 V" _1 r. k( m( y
, ]* `4 x& J) u9 t0 Y• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
* b% {$ t$ {/ t+ r% m% L1 w• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
9 X# w; E6 p+ x0 d, e1 v• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
' j; T- ~% P1 \3 U k• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
4 H& y% s( R1 ^# t' ]• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
