• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.) U2 K. M0 n/ [, Y8 P2 S' Z5 i( ^
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
. `4 n3 v I( A6 i• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible4 A9 u& o2 }6 K+ O$ X' C
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.( a/ A: l; N9 k% v0 b& O9 y. |! {! ?

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
% \/ p. a) z" U F( U• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study3 u0 N; `! f/ ]: m9 h& d2 z7 \0 n
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills; C, i3 c8 G* L, j
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers& z; ~! A: b, p7 |8 ~
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
