到加国后申请夫妻团聚移民 但visitor visa 快到期怎么办

1、在加国申请了夫妻团聚移民 但是visitor visa只能呆6个月到期需要申请延期吗？还是团聚下来前一直可以呆着？
2、来了准备生孩子 由于去年在加国结的婚可以使用老公的医疗保险 但只能在签证有效期内用 ，怀孕可以申请开放工作签吗？还是签证申请延期再续保险。

如果在加拿大境内递交渥太华，申请递交后又file number可以申请spouse open work permit

1 A5 {( M7 t6 X3 I% q, s$ k可以续visitor record。visitor没有资格用Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan。需要拿到work permit才行

既然是"open work permit" 自然不要雇主。

处理时间随时变化，CIC网站可以查最新的处理时间一般是2周更新一次
