& G. G/ g- R+ ~/ M7 ^# r# y3 BProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.' w# R3 J# s9 S8 [ I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
$ q% ]( e6 ]5 X· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
1 y) B0 g k& }" p· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.- Y8 {: ]* ^' N# \$ y# W$ }
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.6 j1 [3 e- |6 e+ K
· Manages report database.
3 v1 P9 y* v3 y- \0 ]· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
; q0 [% Q& z; {" d' t2 K· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

5 l1 L6 i) v8 \0 @$ e" k( E' B8 |' v2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.' f& b( z$ n% u: _( q4 k
. q1 K U- w6 i M7 l( \Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
