Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

/ J4 z4 O( u7 [4 S/ h9 AEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
6 ]! e0 r7 `4 v# w8 E0 c· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.! W2 z9 X. K+ n# d3 g9 |! k
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
0 i6 w8 K" n+ @' [· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

: e- J8 N. t% c2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

" p x/ L+ @0 ?7 i y9 ?: u: U/ XCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
