Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.. l& v, N4 g; m% T1 i; n! ^+ u

' ?+ _% N9 p; A5 ^' w# DEssential Duties and Responsibilities:- T- v- G4 X2 L& T4 B
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.: K$ P& D. F2 L0 l% Z
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
9 B( F$ c: D7 r+ X$ G· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.- X- o6 a/ V3 K+ P# I" d8 h5 ?
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
+ v# P( L) R( o3 C# |+ x2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

3 x. S! h _/ a2 I2 V+ PCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.1 X- X; ?5 v' Z8 Z; l- G

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
