Job Summary:
1 a! f, U, K- `- \, x4 X9 mProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.2 W1 `+ Q7 Y* {+ d$ x

0 a3 ^, b. L! s4 u; oEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
% p& L. ~6 X3 }$ k5 h· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
% a6 A+ c3 H9 t· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.# T1 B, [; H' Q0 I( ?; {3 w
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.9 u3 b- W# `' W6 ^4 L- G5 r
· Manages report database.
) B" ?9 `/ ?' R$ J, e. \· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.( S+ d% t7 a' W( t: O
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
& |7 b! C7 v; [- Z2 H2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset." F7 N* R+ N! h, S K& j$ u
9 s3 S! K' _: p, w% x3 c; K) ACertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
