五月份独立屋销售量上升5 x6 Y% k) H4 E# \4 j
8 P9 p) A3 J& v3 j) T4 I' K埃德蒙顿6月2日报道:大爱城区5月份独立屋销售量为1119套,比4月份上升了19.3%,比去年同比上升了3.8%。双拼/联排屋销售量为203套,比上一个月分别上升了37.2%,比去年同期上升了23.03%。公寓的销售量比上一个月上升了5.3%,但比去年下降了18.2%。所有住宅的销售量为1771套,比上一个月上升了18%,比去年下降了不到1%。

5月份新房上市量为3233套,比上一个月下降了不到1%,比去年下降了2.5%。独立屋的销售挂牌比为61%,比上一个月上升了10%,与去年等同。双拼/联排屋的销售挂牌比为73%,比上一个月下降了13%,但比去年上升了22%。公寓正在逐步进入买方市场,销售挂牌比为40%,比上一个月上升了2%,但比去年下降了13%。
