Key Responsibilities:
?8 k: j/ l* K• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

) s8 q: A6 k) X/ b• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.' t" Q4 z( \4 _
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
5 s, {$ W& P) ]3 {. L9 w6 K5 G3 u• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.' {5 b% N3 L' N
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
l4 T7 ]) [/ q% q g• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.$ T" K C$ u1 l7 o* n1 A' J# _
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
$ i4 ^/ _4 S+ V' U6 S1 ~% O$ C6 j• Perform route inspections as required.4 P9 w% N0 y. {$ A
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
' a8 J! O7 \# k& J; ?0 I' S! r2 W• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.- l$ ~7 S3 }4 q m Y; o* H
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:
# }7 ^- ]9 W s• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
' }2 k4 G, j8 n2 d* r) U• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred' U) V9 _; W6 M O% [# l
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)8 P+ F+ X: n2 P1 a5 T M
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills+ _. {3 b0 W( w
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
1 M4 l# s1 n2 G8 H" L• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license/ i' f; o# W- ]
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
