C8 ^" m3 Q! |/ _) F2 [! {• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.

• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
/ F( h8 b6 b [0 n• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.+ X6 c7 ~) o. Y/ X3 I, B4 ]
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
& k4 t; y* }. b4 C• Perform route inspections as required.4 q n8 I$ f7 e1 Z
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
: E4 p3 b& c' [: V; b0 S• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.& t* J5 v& ^; g
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.# N* e" x5 ^+ P4 R7 S
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.1 T, u* u' s( g+ U8 n, o; q

Required Skills & Abilities:
: T6 i5 u+ I# N9 N, D) v& }• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset5 o$ H' y% A1 R; a6 p' `
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
4 H+ K3 o! Q6 H9 P; T* o• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
6 w/ m$ z" O f2 k3 k* k4 P) I• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
9 C( e7 A# H+ } ]) G; R, I• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal5 L8 z( d. Z- I4 l( v* y. c2 ]" h
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
