Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries./ t8 c5 T& [" n& ~8 u! D6 H7 G
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.

• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
& D3 k t/ \& K* Y0 {4 f7 d" r. K. C• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.9 j* i) ~" q: b/ W( f' `
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

( o7 j; h% Q4 ]! x: V• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases)./ f! q' Z* y1 q
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.( Y1 L, v1 v- b# R
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

+ P$ l Z5 m4 d! H* r8 y• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset' |6 I) f; W4 C
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred* ?4 n9 M3 d; D8 U- n
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)6 x2 ^, M5 O- l7 n+ M4 b
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, h5 K3 \2 P# `9 P$ y# t1 f( Y
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal i0 C4 }) P5 U5 Q
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license# Q3 l. @ @+ u8 T5 ^. p2 W
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
