, `& l4 p6 `! l) V• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
& z4 Z1 B+ u1 V2 g• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.8 R7 G' O6 N G9 {6 Z4 u
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.! Z: l! l! L, e3 H9 t
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
2 b% c# W% O8 \- Z. }" M• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed./ v; h$ q5 N3 J% O- j E2 T) m; ?
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.* e6 K7 S! G& m5 f- U
• Perform route inspections as required. M! j n" P. n$ y# R/ p
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation., f1 U8 @% _3 U4 L! v
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.7 A0 }' l# T. [5 x4 D1 X

9 [" r2 x* X( V7 P( S5 f* B6 I+ }9 C• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset: y1 r' A ~. g A
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred+ Y7 L! M7 a1 K2 l. E2 ]% \
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
. N& H! H- k- u• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills9 B, v* n; V1 |/ n' N) k
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal% N" l2 |/ U: T/ ]0 I
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
