Job Description:

9 {; Q, S+ A# eModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
( r" c+ |& c* g+ `4 S* cSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
4 G( m$ j2 f5 v0 L1 j; cArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
# x4 N" @* T; A1 W8 Z& a; m; S( GGive prepared plates the “final touch”
+ B9 z( [& H: pPerform administrative duties
0 m) J, x  z" P0 [8 z2 H9 rComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
8 b0 }# ^% ~2 {7 M7 PMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
What the company will expect from you:

Proven working experience as a head chef

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
8 _0 ?; N# t; Y2 BKeep up with cooking trends and best practices
6 Z& O! f6 S8 oWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
