Job Description:

3 T9 _2 j# G% h! Q, f) X2 _Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
+ t2 p( G  h* |6 Y0 R0 m8 t: jPerform administrative duties
7 O+ C5 t$ W# I& y3 JComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
5 v& p! f) d+ L2 P. gKeep time and payroll records

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
