十月份较去年同期销量增加,房价持平

5 ]- j8 s; L2 k& l+ ?7 C埃德蒙顿11月2日报道:10月份埃德蒙对房市依旧保持稳定。住宅房的销售量与上月相比几乎持平,但比去年上升了5.5%。独立屋销售量比去年同期增加了7.1%,公寓比去年下降了3.9%,双拼/联排比去年上升了17.4%。

“埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定,10月份较去年同期销量增加,价格持平。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到。“随着较冷季节的到来,我们通常会看到市场的步调放慢,但通过上个月的现象,我们很欣慰得看到在深秋来临时,依然有比较强劲的销售量。”
