十一月独立屋销售均价上涨3.95%

9 d, V& M. s- W- e1 c |11月份，大爱城区所有住宅平均售价上涨了2.52%，为$373,174。其中独立屋均价升至$440,496，双拼/联排升至$353,818, 公寓降至$241,569。11月份独立屋的销售均价仅次于今年7月份，为2016年单月第二高。: n" v( d2 A' }6 d

11月份的住宅库存量为6493，比去年上升了7.45%。' j& K2 n- m. i
