父母都是工签 一个小孩是中国护照 一个小孩是加拿大护照 请问这种情况可以申请幼儿补助吗 谢谢

You can apply for a subsidy if:

' T" A1 x2 D, o& w9 i' f# e    You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
6 b& [7 k3 W4 c, E    You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
    Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.
! M3 s5 |! f* I8 x5 l) ]  i    You and your spouse/partner are currently working, attending school, looking for work or have special needs
    OR
9 E" o, J# |% X+ C  L    You or your spouse/partner stay-at-home and have your child(ren) enrolled in a licensed pre-school or approved early childhood development program.
