Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
2 g: S" \/ J# L. {# g2 T3 h6 d  j' Y-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
3 I  o6 L' w2 n6 C5 a8 \-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
! i$ T. l. J' @, ]7 Y, V3 {-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
