2016年，大埃德蒙顿（CMA）房地产市场整体上相当稳定。价格也一直保持平稳，整个2016年只有非常温和轻微的下降。公寓和独立屋的价格下跌了，相比2015年，公寓价格降了0.53％，独立屋价格也仅下降0.86％。占所有物业销售额约10％的双拼和排屋价格下跌最多，较2015年下跌了5.22％。0 W% T7 k3 g7 g7 ]! g4 ^9 p
