I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
( T/ m; ]( R6 s1 x& h+ a* r3 b"I am going to send it back".
I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
"I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
; y, B* F" v% L( y+ EHe said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
  q; W, Z  g% w" Z"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
% O, z5 m: K' X$ m. W- u4 m; x3 M9 v"Yes, I did."
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
6 f1 [, m4 r* x! j  J) gHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
+ u% h$ s' l+ v/ A"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
: ~8 P  ?- l, P: d, ?- j- ?& |He took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
8 ~, p/ U' e+ z  R/ lI gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
( P0 o% [: `' j( _1 Y+ h"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
"I do not have an address."
# V) V+ d& r9 o, h1 U) GI was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
; Z0 _/ w5 ?4 v! [% vHe did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
My heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
* |6 k/ }2 U9 PHe did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
