Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

! ]6 d' I( h+ u) h4 j. H- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
6 _; i" m8 D! o3 \$ E- Supervise kitchen staff
8 ^: @3 ^+ o% q: o1 X3 V- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

' R- ^* J( N2 ]/ |1 V' L& N. SThis is a contract, full-time position.
& |' Q7 H8 T0 l, m0 U* qWorking hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
5 ?  P  I; e: f- n2 @& {4 QWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
