0 r* Y: W3 e# s, ]" K% pEDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.

The woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.

" n1 @! G+ ]) P( ]Davidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."

# i; l: `. A  ~% YThe foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma.

The woman was also looking after a second foster child, as well as two of her own children.

罪名一当成立，估计连两个亲生的都领不回去了吧？

是呀, 我那天一听这个事, 眼泪都快下来了. 那孩子太可怜了. 这女的还是McEwan教护士课程的老师呢. 好在学校现在立刻把她解雇了. 希望法庭还孩子一个公道.
