SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
  o: f! A! a  |• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
7 V6 g/ b' p: o" J! g" p  ?4 v   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
9 Z) o. c7 u/ I6 h/ i! s0 k   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
" E5 m3 q! M$ ^   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
' a9 z% ~$ o' P$ Q0 B/ t) n, s3 k% U   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
4 t+ a4 p/ c% q, f( h% P   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
* F( y/ Z- ?9 f1 ~   o Linux based operating systems
! O5 k6 v7 x; p& Y! t4 B   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
% y5 O* I/ f" s+ V: q$ |8 }• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
$ i! G+ ?3 c/ m. r! zplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
) x9 o9 J, i$ g" N! G$ q0 R   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
. i) f. P2 Q( @+ u- o8 i   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
$ {4 k. K) e, v2 l. v• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
7 L2 j* M5 w8 u, p0 a( ?• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
