SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

  v! _9 ?3 B+ J# q• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
- K" C0 F6 @, P; J# _& _   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
5 X! b5 Y' |- S- |" T   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
' l, ^; c5 X* Q) x   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
0 ]/ J3 x& t+ g8 M0 f* d   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
3 J* H) Y1 d1 l/ G! ]6 F/ d   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
4 t; n# `3 `5 m4 d) O• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
5 Q2 O! m' Q3 U! A3 s$ g; @• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
& t9 {3 h/ Q% i9 p+ y# R• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

3 C5 ^* K+ G( V5 VSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
+ l- \/ j3 f7 `$ m. e8 ]7 J+ x0 z• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

; |, a% J) _" R: u! F! K   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

6 V5 q6 u  g, m! L/ s• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
6 g- u; `1 d% u8 S$ W• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
) v# j/ ~+ T4 V4 D/ ~1 r• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
