# t7 L& \$ A! M4 x+ H1 a7 [• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
! A. i% Y( p0 w  X. D+ Y   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
. l" r% B+ L. C+ ]6 V9 z- Q* {   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
. |# Q8 p( |9 M1 \6 M9 p! V   o Sun Solaris operating systems
% c' B% W% m: `. U   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" x8 w# S( z4 |• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
$ L* v* y' [- B) x1 h$ [- L' xplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

' Q5 ]+ _, J, h# z6 {1 _SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
3 j; L, b* r2 {% |+ @: }• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
' g$ d7 V! v' \3 d+ ^   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
; M: Y- w( K! K) Y   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
; i8 M3 y2 g4 @- H+ h& c, z. z+ A• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
' m) c0 K% }% `' N% e0 ^" S• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
- U6 `3 |$ m4 M' N• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
