" _- @* r" Y# y5 b7 I2 BRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
) l1 `8 w: P  Y+ |' l   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
" u/ r! V$ C8 @3 @* f: l   o Microsoft Operations Manager
( L2 W# c# t9 D5 @0 e& _+ q   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
! n! n5 Z  g" I& Z% l   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
' `8 E/ _7 R, N• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
. z, E" D  {( k5 e• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
. C1 @6 j: S4 Q5 Z+ j8 V2 q9 }* e; Q/ g• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
; `$ n/ z5 g( U; h4 l$ oSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

# b( B+ p: p8 L' I' C• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
- w- o! r6 B& O* [- k: o& G• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
, S- e6 X# d# }& d; p6 d$ t• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
) C  d# `7 U* J. o• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
