• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
& }! O8 d) _, A• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
( Y4 V. c+ }5 D) t, v- W- p: N• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

2 {& M" }) c6 ^+ h! X; ]These additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
. h$ e0 ]5 }% r4 [% T• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services

• Experience developing rich web applications
