The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies

+ w' Z& l+ N0 [, b• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

These additional qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers

  K5 z5 A$ m& f; m• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
