The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.: y! `8 N2 l; L
Qualification: & k& O7 i/ @: O" t- z: @6 V% L( m- h
Must be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.; R+ W% g# _, P- g" L) r- i0 L
