, t6 K8 V+ Q% ]+ j. r+ y3 MAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
! {; `7 T: S; U% W1 qAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
5 o$ F, x5 Q% `& h0 F! sBe accountable for decision and actions
2 v' f" x: j9 B' o  p8 Z. R* aMitigate risk to the organization.
1 a+ g1 S' D6 REducation:

9 s! ~: F9 [: z: lA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
$ T$ R& ^/ _( q, BPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
7 V$ O* D, e8 a4 oSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
% C  X+ g- F- M8 v( jProfessional:

; j% ], p3 C# I6 n- \6 ?; oCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

0 V8 e% n1 f5 wCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
" x) c6 J4 B1 l6 K& w! g2 PMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
