In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
+ D" U0 a3 A: aAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
8 ^( D3 I: ]! `- v$ W7 ]" i: k) KBe accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.

6 e  i4 K" f5 L
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
2 X: }! O2 H8 Q1 K; l9 b8 _' g5 l
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

6 }% f" I6 C2 q$ V$ QCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
