1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:

2. Click on the 'Search' button at the top of the next page:3 \; @" x6 s; e: j

3. Click on 'Search by Street Address':" s. {) m" \' G

4. Enter the address in the fields at the top right and hit the 'Find' button:/ o) W' m( T( V

) [3 L& z' n# T& R0 W, d9 w5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:

) p& ? B3 |; I Z8 q+ ~4 o- @! B/ H6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:

5 P/ K1 G' ?: u7 H |7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':

8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
