How the importance of employees can mean the difference between success and failure
- _$ M- H4 }7 u9 [5 d6 z# ]' j' pNowadays, more and more bosses are realizing that employees are the key elements of company’s management strategies. There are two main ideas about how a company will be very successful in obtaining good workers: One is that make every employee to feel important in the company. Another is that value some people above others. However, which one is the best?
  n% B! s7 j+ t3 G) p  J3 RObviously, if everyone is made to feel important in a company, it makes for straight forwards management. All employees will be able to utilize their unique experience and expertise to serve the boss. However, this method has certain disadvantages. In view of the fact that everyone has no chance to be better himself or herself, there is a lack of initiative, employees always sit back and wait for their boss to come to them with ideas and solutions. Therefore, their abilities are not developed. Bosses will have to spend more time and energy on developing new management strategies.. C( P, Z" e1 p; L9 P
In the most successful companies, valuing the best employees above others is a common strategy of management. There are many advantages in doing this: If they have leadership ability, they can get things done by leading others, selling an idea, managing and working in teams. Valued employees who ask for assistance or advice can obtain results that they could not achieve on their own. Others regard those valued employees as good examples who take initiative to maximize their professional capabilities. As a result, this method can go a long way toward generating the momentum needed for initiative to flourish in a company, and it has a positive and lasting impact as well, not just on employees but on customers, and organizations, too.

Obviously, if everyone is made to feel important in a company, it makes for straight forwards forward management. All employees will be able to utilize their unique experience and expertise to serve the boss. However, this method has certain disadvantages. In view of the fact that everyone has no chance nobody has an opportunity to be(删掉) better himself or herself, there is a lack of initiative, employees always sit back and wait for their boss to come to them with ideas and solutions. Therefore, their abilities are not developed exerted. Bosses will have to spend more time and energy on developing new management strategies.

There are many advantages in doing this: If they have leadership ability abilities (或者去掉), they can get things done (太口语化了)achieve a project by leading others, selling an idea, managing and working in teams. Valued Valuable employees, who ask for assistance or advice, can obtain results that they could not achieve on their ownachieve their goals which cannot be finished by themselves. Others regard those valued valuable employees as good examples who to take initiative to (删除)maximize their professional capabilities initiatively. As a result, this method can go a long way toward give an impetus on generating the momentum needed for initiative to flourishflourishing in(删除) a company. And it has a positive and lasting impact as well, not just on employees but on customers and organizations.
