Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

2. Thinking and working logistically and responsibly.

6 ^* C  S8 u  i: j& I9 ?% J4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

1 J7 o" o' u' |, N7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

5. Send orders to warehouse

; H! b) ]7 {7 R8 J  C% u6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

& b& T  W6 b8 k6 z+ p0 h9 @% M) v, f7. Follow up and report about order status

8. Inventory Arrangement

- y' `- u1 O' _3 n* M9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
