Job Duties:
1 V( \. A4 m+ f; P& P1 J' Y
- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules
. V( R) ~! b& x9 y8 j0 q$ F
& g, ^1 G) I$ G5 g6 C- j! `- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

  _- B/ r2 k+ x& v4 \' h8 n5 z2 |- m- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

! D# ^+ ?0 S( Q  |1 [5 \! l- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
