-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

Job Duties:

- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
, @: x, q$ x% V( z- W9 ~
0 F9 G) B3 l6 z4 p! G- Organize and distribute staff schedules

4 V9 f4 x; c0 f- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
! F( ^: ^" b! X8 t
3 G9 X( V! D& ^; {" q2 ?8 ?- g- Opening and closing procedures
$ |5 U/ g0 D# O- s5 B+ _
- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

9 S& ^1 l( T3 f- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

  U, `/ M% m, Q; ^6 G) w, j' W- s2 g- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork
