Job Description​
6 |7 B4 q" f6 ~7 G& Q3 uThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.​
! M( f. ?# u" G6 [' pJob Responsibilities:​2 ^$ K% V* F: n8 K. }
•Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labelling and date stamping.​
: o: T% x r" f2 _1 ~# N•Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.​
* X' v0 ~4 d( Q6 m" n5 B•Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.​0 x- c, Y2 p% e, n/ n2 g3 x2 a6 i
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.​5 n' H2 f3 Z4 J/ v U4 U' w
•Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.​

•Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.​
