: B: A6 _/ U, q j" k0 l# w8 L* q•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
8 W3 X; @/ q9 k ?2 V3 z2 y•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.- R! X @% P) L
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
- ?9 C, b, H& [•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.4 z$ @: i. E5 E) e! s; Z* [) {1 t
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
1 l& W% N6 o7 e- [) s) d•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
' m% S( S9 w/ b- ?& l1 ^8 q, {•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
% e) x! ?- f5 u$ [' v5 R•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.. w( I v" b% E0 {& ~% W
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
, x$ M- Y9 v7 g$ ^•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).. ]- C6 t$ S) i8 \3 ~: o' M
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.

•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
' u! C* c2 b! v7 sPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
' m8 d4 T5 M# J/ J7 c" W) @
% n& u" R4 K6 }2+ years network related experience.
