Your Key Responsibilities
) [/ _3 X  l/ _! z3 b8 E$ S) X1 s•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
6 W5 G# j; S' C! D" ~5 e9 h4 c•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
+ V0 }" Y2 Z) H9 I/ q" C•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
, G: `) b5 C0 M# O. r- j( V: R$ `+ u•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
+ n  f& y0 `$ ]•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
. S& z3 F& e( L) L, j; Q•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
- b; i$ F; I5 @8 G, [•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
: S  F% i& k. R& U0 s( n3 X$ W•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
6 L, F" u% h3 @; |$ O6 }8 U•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
  @9 ~; }- s0 x) k2 t0 a7 o5 x•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
# G& ]4 w% K" E/ n" F+ o•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
