/ k0 {; m2 h( c! t•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
- e4 ?1 l9 F! ^; F; A* a+ J7 v•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
$ i, }  i/ h4 q•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

5 c- a- v  j3 [9 c0 p& y  y/ pYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
0 B7 H/ y' m9 K•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
0 K  W8 o- |' W& B  s! ~6 ]4 A•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
) B3 l9 R, z7 l/ d' G$ u•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ o5 P3 @7 A- f, \) bPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
