: o# ?5 `. z/ P7 ?0 B•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
3 W- }/ r+ s) W1 \. p•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
! u& V. G" w; |) ^& z•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
) b+ g6 A: F. d9 @•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
  a1 v  l* {: v5 _+ r4 m•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
( K; {: [6 C3 v0 {•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
. {: ^/ ]* q- k+ K0 @* J•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
# {9 v0 ]+ ]" c$ C2 z( J: h) B•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
: o# a- Y9 p( r' Q1 T" y  }0 C•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
! v1 m2 E4 a, E! d& k4 ^•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
7 D, ~, t, \# j; V& t•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
4 V+ \5 j4 H: a* q1 m; p•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  r/ `0 s( h. k: ?0 [2 E; _Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
