Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
+ U, W4 F3 r4 h+ M8 }) ^( x•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
1 g9 k. l% o, O% ]# u; @/ M•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
* n, B* ~# F: |6 J•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
: N/ @1 T1 Z# ^6 B•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
9 |' U/ ~- O2 \' Y  z•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
  g# V. ~( o! w6 u- M7 _•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
& Z2 r5 [5 U- f% [8 K! O, R•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

, ?* c8 t( ]% P. [& O& QPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
