Your Key Responsibilities
3 I" _* h2 Y0 d•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; @% l8 U, G: g" ~•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
1 y) l! \: J4 F% E  h- @4 b! x•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
' H) q) P' f' H1 r+ D3 F' C* S8 b•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
% ?3 j2 C; L, R$ P0 v0 r- O- T•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
# u- K7 r3 }& f1 a+ I  j•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

% j2 D/ ?+ g' s& S7 h•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
/ |5 c* C# n9 i( {% C8 ~Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

5 Q3 B' t9 t, o- U( r8 A: V8 G2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
