) M- k% x+ e# Z9 U4 U; l; w u•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
0 j) b* {6 \7 I9 z3 Y2 Z; v# [•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
# R( ^8 l' z( @( j4 L; w•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
! h" k/ ?* o! h% f/ ^( T•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
; M* ` H& v: ~5 H/ d9 e•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
1 f0 J$ \3 e2 g•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.+ f4 Y" g6 a$ w9 d
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.- t+ E( V$ s4 n: I

Your Capabilities and Credentials
6 z! a3 [& ?( T4 X8 a9 O•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.* }) O& r J g7 p( J4 K+ A
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
: I5 i$ S* v [( ]! n" J( e•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).0 z9 a w) y5 Y0 a
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
' }- W( E9 V: s6 u8 T" E5 n8 p* n•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
4 w, g: ]; G+ ^ a; d•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.* |' s7 Y' o8 ?/ s1 v* t* g+ R
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy. % o( _% V; }: k4 @" ]

Education and Experience
* s, R, o0 d1 s, ZPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
. }. J5 W3 ^, `7 i# ^ b! \. T1 W# @3 P
2+ years network related experience.+ L$ }5 Y/ Q' C" Y) y8 b. `; I/ `
. E* ~, m+ i' @6 [! n/ a6 Z1 ~& t" s

: A8 {* H0 T7 Z" U+ m" DPosition will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work. |
