•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
  W( P0 G1 O. u3 w$ S0 r% I•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
. H- U$ }  a' A) \3 d•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
: H+ j: R/ ?# _6 [0 [. o5 q•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
1 O3 {# G  s" P# o* x" L4 X•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
( [" _" u, ^6 [# I* J& A% M) ^& H•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
/ o; R6 s' T' }8 O•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
( `4 [; w  F, D•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
  i+ M9 q* D8 {/ N' H3 r•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
