•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
# y* _2 h- y/ p" v! @•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
- s: {; q# F+ H9 ^' u5 x  {8 }" U! e•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
3 c9 H5 y: _; W. X0 Y•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
: e0 [/ D# Y0 c* ^* a3 s•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
, f+ H" H7 f5 n8 [•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
. _5 Z5 r8 U# A•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
. [6 o% a* W$ S; p% j3 E•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
6 \, F2 C1 N+ P9 m; O•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
+ |1 I; H; b! _5 D. p1 _•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
