Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
1 @% i$ L1 ^( k! y4 }•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
$ [9 ?4 r8 F" s) `9 {2 b•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
1 m7 Z+ w! r- \* z' O! A•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
2 V6 b( z& n* T/ @•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
2 L& Z7 a  f3 z9 n•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
7 B( c3 ^7 B' J& S! z( K% i9 @) M•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
( x5 ^, ~* r. r9 Z5 D' s: ^•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
2 ^6 T4 R; u# E8 `$ k•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
- G4 W# n# D4 q•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
/ z+ X( b5 ^4 J0 l5 |( q•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
! l  W; z2 M! t9 b8 A4 B•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
( c! h- L5 M; E3 P/ l4 Z: P•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
# {6 W( L. U8 f- g& M9 [+ r* h( }Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
