! J1 H. A: C0 @  J! f: q•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
) ~3 j0 @/ L2 |2 W•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
& L8 T; q5 {& c: m+ U) J' B) G•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
, s9 h; a  W7 V3 m9 \•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
+ U4 w9 ~- _6 M•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
& h! o9 x, Q' |2 W•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
, n6 [! a; l$ ?4 v•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
, e/ p. F8 l' f$ }; {7 I* r•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
( e( h" p, ^! g( e: r•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
! N$ f2 ]; O6 u" X•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
2 G  U  j, I2 v) {2 e•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
