. G/ x' F. Y, a$ R$ x7 [, R•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
9 c5 A0 }( x& b( {8 i2 D•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
! r7 X* A8 j8 I  `. r* _' o+ B•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
( e0 P( p, r4 n" y  x" Z# X) p•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
& x  Y8 J& \( G; K$ K8 D•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

5 G* d" m3 v, h6 G, AYour Capabilities and Credentials
8 J: T- W4 d) L/ v•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
0 N+ C# H% h/ p7 u+ J9 H! d•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
6 S8 u' V+ T: h8 i7 k1 x( |- H•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
" N9 @) M) q$ y0 E8 R$ ^•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
+ h8 j0 ~3 H! K$ R0 q  Q! w•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
6 r3 g; \4 J: |& F+ _, p•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
