6 }: n+ W3 s; j. p* ^•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
" v p X/ H8 {" v3 C$ [2 ~7 c•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary." z/ J- u* n4 C2 g
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
( V7 W, v) _# P! w0 q! Q8 p" k•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.

•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.& E) w; \1 T4 { ]+ h2 j5 c

Your Capabilities and Credentials
* ~7 G2 Z8 _" T, B$ K( h•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN." g/ R, d5 c" l4 |
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.; B7 y3 l0 Y4 P
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
! w/ H$ d0 p' X! C! i•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
" ?) K: u: S. M% J4 T•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines., i# }1 @& M9 H4 G
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills., p: M3 j2 n( S! q6 K
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience L: ^; J) u: h3 O
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
