Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
3 x4 K; w7 Q; b9 P7 @3 v•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
, y! j: L4 x+ y$ v, r# ?•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
2 g7 \" Y6 @. f•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
* ^* V1 j" L$ h9 e0 }6 t•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
) y: n$ g5 O+ L, i: Z, e•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
  a- ~- e+ P7 p* s•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
- A/ J! D' P' E" _7 D7 P6 Y•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
' s* B, E( T+ m: J/ n9 _4 c! D•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
( D0 e6 V$ e- D: G•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
6 H4 f1 S( d+ C- T; \% A•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
% A" F* {9 h* K6 G•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
. G" p' j- O, _/ c•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

! ~9 x) W8 z5 d% A  e4 \  mPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
