•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
5 j+ c4 ]$ g  C0 X  v. O' t" O•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
  V. U/ ~9 f: q; P8 q3 X. r( r•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
/ b- [$ `. H. N: [8 l$ Q1 E" T" Y' q•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
! t9 p: c: r5 {1 ?. K•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
+ K1 F! {3 Q$ U6 G, W•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
6 Q4 R; x: r. v+ |•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
' ]6 C/ H2 M4 ?8 ?  o% E. ^•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

( U" d$ a% n1 K4 z7 |# `2+ years network related experience.




Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
