•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
8 y+ j: M4 @' R" S•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
+ n0 `5 C/ f! [2 X3 C, i( G" O•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
3 e+ C2 u6 ^  W% J3 B; l0 b•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

7 q/ m, A3 `, f7 M0 GYour Capabilities and Credentials
7 L3 ?1 z0 h9 E' b/ b•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
6 R. j! n9 s8 Z, I2 i7 R•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
& x7 M& T6 U1 v•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
1 l7 ]/ r' J2 r2 _9 N" N•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
* M+ D5 G1 a2 I" r# O: F  n9 D•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
