Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
  A* S' p9 Z- J- ?8 Y•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
) j2 h. o: Z2 [( U: T•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
. f" W9 M  J, n. B" e  R- r•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

! D1 Y0 \2 n" {' t3 `; yYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
, F! I/ Q& V7 k. V•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
" I# a9 `7 z9 `; N1 f" ]8 I•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
4 @5 M+ U' H" ^•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
+ t  V( N/ s7 s/ o% \  y5 }, x•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

' Z5 Z/ r1 S1 rPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

; f/ d+ t/ N9 T) i2 j2+ years network related experience.
