Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
% u% X, b& Y9 t- |( ^) @! v•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
4 V" e2 g1 g& y" M* O( U# J•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
0 p* _* P! Y" G7 s% o- {# \3 h•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
2 ^6 }: f/ N, W7 M1 L•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
5 g: @2 f/ m6 U% b( y1 w•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
9 N5 N4 X3 U! b$ d& I9 [•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
. W- E0 M4 Q/ g0 o! o0 x3 X•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
; j/ l$ b3 J, Q/ a•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
: [6 W( t. E$ S/ z9 @•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
3 `) N) g' B4 i•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
* b7 a  e' I* c- j: EPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
' p* k- w$ I7 c  U. E: h
4 k, o2 ^1 V3 S  j1 j. T2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
