5 w6 M* o- B1 h: q- n7 k1 a•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
& ]. Z7 m" X! n* p0 }•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; r2 @$ C( W& \•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
0 L" l+ i% V- {# h3 y•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
: [1 t! W: m- o2 q- R( c  M•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
% ^$ ~0 P" X1 e/ `+ v. p3 r# {•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
# H6 x7 Z% W& R9 a3 m•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
( ~7 D! M  G* g' R" H6 |•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
& H5 I& `; u# a( t* S•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
! s8 a% e- w, h- P7 @# w•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
  t5 q' @( Y% F! @, d•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

7 F! ]: V) B4 H9 X9 P2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
