Your Key Responsibilities
5 v; Q) ?# O+ ?9 F$ K4 z- }& |" J•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
! b# e4 {7 c7 |; o& m) b•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.) k( ?* w8 k$ A% h
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.' N1 }" `! z7 y# D
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
3 T- y! h# w3 L, C _; w; U•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
4 Y, Y7 l7 C L& i x7 p, ~' w•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

] g" m6 F8 g* NYour Capabilities and Credentials
$ x' D* M" ~7 f; ~: a•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
! R# e* Q d- C•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
; v e$ D# `5 C; q+ Z•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
. K0 I3 m5 [( E•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
. ^4 {- L; t+ C" I1 h8 q•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.0 ~5 f6 V: J' l9 L3 T; c( @
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills./ G( z. P+ J2 v% z1 u+ i
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
% X1 i8 o) N' a; y* g/ E( w( B7 i) n' a# W

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work. |
