•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.

•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.

" y$ V, j4 T, M% r; k•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
# @! ~9 @* x5 l" K7 ?•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.. u( c0 [: p' {% I' g# n
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).; k% S2 J- b) ^
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).6 u# V) _9 E) C! O$ j" W
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
