# D5 g& k0 C* f4 B7 S* U3 k+ F% h2 W•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
4 K$ @, y9 U% o# J* [+ l•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
* b9 H& R3 I) x4 }9 [•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
, c" W( y, h1 v8 _•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
# C6 D* y" p6 Z* g  m) k1 ~•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- W+ F3 E  D, t; E" N3 Z  h•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
! \5 _$ M$ \* W6 s* f0 C1 _•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
& ]. N) S+ Z: q, y6 ~•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
% [4 Q: r2 F# p+ J•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
$ I* ]" e; f7 C: {; |•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
: ?6 o5 W! F/ i7 z& M  [1 o) p•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
) f+ |* \/ v0 u! q& }# F•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
' N4 z3 C% j2 K4 l# b& ZPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

6 b' e2 g& D6 N' x2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
