•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
+ P. h5 w& y% `5 T•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.$ J) K3 s3 J) ?6 q K# G% S
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
, a& [7 f3 z$ v% F' M: X0 j•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
/ U6 H( Z q! z2 _) @2 c: K•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing. |8 O+ r& P0 O0 S* u
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
# [0 P( v1 E0 F) l1 O# a& i: E- ?•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).) r* d3 ^2 [* q0 h! I; u3 L# l
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines., t4 i; D c9 L$ S
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

Education and Experience1 D( I+ d* U. ~" Y: A1 q8 s
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. # f: ]8 m1 q* s4 }) r

2+ years network related experience.
