•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
9 o; ^+ ] x# K•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.: E. {( H' I$ _. s
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.) g" K% _% T, R1 V% b" H% u
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.# b: k. j% _+ S. W5 y

•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- l0 r. W7 O* W. F/ b. D) ~: A% z•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.# c# |9 M4 ~3 j0 y- ?
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.' V# A3 u- P) _ B+ u
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).- a. c7 U, }$ ]
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).4 v7 G6 g5 s; B- b( s
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
