Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
) ]1 L6 |/ |0 A. O•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
8 E5 T. v/ ?3 |4 ]•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
( i$ F" n+ D, P7 C" q•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

) C6 f8 R0 d: ^Your Capabilities and Credentials
4 r: ~6 I: F0 x" e7 F•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
- }* G6 S2 L/ x; v•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
! o1 x; I, R. D•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
, M" T. J. G9 O4 ^& N•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
! Z$ G4 ]( }0 w( k5 o% A•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
