Your Key Responsibilities
- A/ q8 c; X; O' [3 |& n& k( D•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
* V4 a& x2 } a( ~•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
4 E0 G3 }% q) F# Z! U Q: H$ Z•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
6 p6 {1 n4 D u3 u9 t6 b- V; ?6 p•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.) x( k+ s# q. p# q
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
( g9 r9 N6 ?) w•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.5 d' s A; E/ N9 }" M2 N4 P
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.% x- Y1 n9 E0 }' A% m) ~. s

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
5 o! X b. i0 D, }•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
6 M2 r0 x. L8 Q6 K% X0 J5 A# `•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).) w* I5 {2 G; n
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).4 T# n& U" m0 P( X( A2 o* F) x) q
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.7 ^5 m0 x. t# K3 o8 {6 w) e
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. + {. o5 |7 \( F- K8 p: w

2+ years network related experience.6 [5 F# c0 C0 S2 `1 Z2 M0 f: G. U
