Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
2 ~* t8 ]! M& U# m& X- z$ f•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
+ h3 N4 h6 {3 {! p" m•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
8 M1 ~; ~& p9 {/ _/ \. N•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
* u6 ^4 S! f# O1 A& t/ v•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
; ^& n, A/ U/ ~6 Z•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
" p3 V/ P6 l8 d5 x7 V$ i•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
. F, E( s5 P: [•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
0 y. c4 [* y% z$ W2 L: F& B; W1 ~•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
1 H& x% o8 N' T•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
4 R# I# C% e1 _5 YPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

/ q# z# q  a/ a2+ years network related experience.




Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
