# x+ m. ]; U: w# {6 H; `* S- o" _•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
6 ]. t+ j. j* c; j8 e( Z•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
# A% P; m; F1 e! m$ A8 j•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
, J) f3 M7 R. |: }$ A' m•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

2 a1 U# r+ r# XYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
9 p! z' ?8 C& ~•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
" O# R# {0 v/ v4 i3 A•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
