  n( v0 F) J6 @/ x2 x•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, [5 Y, T! v5 X- W. k0 Q8 D•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
' D* N. a7 y1 X6 X3 B•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
+ h  a( o& H. N0 Y•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
- o5 `% _- E8 {/ q2 [: f6 y•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

  {& {6 {" \3 g2 d; i( o2+ years network related experience.
