•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
3 h/ b' m+ a6 I, U6 t# C•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
: ^8 L5 r! L; b3 {  m1 _•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
% f; x4 x* C) W, R# I3 i" Q•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
3 e* x" E2 w  B8 F, A! c•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

9 X) |& d: }) J7 @1 N* K•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
# F- |" @4 e$ f. E. K) [( w" K. ^•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
* i5 a+ F5 l- d% v•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
* ?4 M5 ^( \5 Y$ {+ i9 F9 ~% bPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
