, M4 m' u8 M5 h+ a- F& r+ l$ m$ f•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
. h* y; M' p- W4 A5 u•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, ?3 K$ r/ c1 W1 a( J# n•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
+ e5 y% {; z* f•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
1 y: w8 c  O& h5 e5 p•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
7 U# T* o2 i" L0 {+ n# Y•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
! q1 S) k: Z" J# S•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
" _$ X2 D% C( R+ P" z/ J+ j+ R4 h( C•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
( d" K; h5 o! b/ K" Y1 ^, GPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
