Your Key Responsibilities
5 `! _8 {) d  r0 p# Y& ^) ?•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
; B7 S. z1 k! b•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, K7 w0 E) J+ f; o( e3 c, ~9 C" h3 n•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
; a1 Y5 ]. Q+ K$ Q# A4 K•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
; R4 T' ^6 d8 T' E7 M0 Q•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
" |  P( h# E2 N7 C" ^0 q  T/ M•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
  M8 a0 K* r0 j: @•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

) s5 t% |! ~& I, ~•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
3 z" P& R+ |: v0 B: x% h6 [0 P•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
3 A& V/ I0 ^  Q' u- G- ^•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
5 v  B6 N* ^; m( I/ E0 @6 ^•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
3 V5 k# g5 ~1 W! W: x•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
  A- B  k7 {7 ]6 y8 v/ f•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
( w$ L- M% S) h( h•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
