•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
) [3 s- ]7 H& ~  j•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
! |- P0 [" K, _3 F/ @•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

8 Y' |3 E$ G* i$ g# n# cYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
% V9 X' ~$ C3 x, a5 |: C•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
3 ~% ^5 O% [* C: K•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
) Z3 l% a+ O( n•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
8 `0 k- G. D5 Z3 F- f6 u: e•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
7 Z+ r% }2 f- n+ }5 j9 C' ]2 IPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
