! u8 u. m6 |4 P0 Q' Y$ F•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
' X, L+ m8 V  r7 o•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
+ A- j0 a& k, ^9 V7 S: @; W•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
1 j# Q$ z* V; I2 H1 R3 ^$ @9 w•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
& F8 z3 }5 ]" b! W•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
& }. `( `3 h! b7 o2 |•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.



Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
" Y% k" S; k5 g! m2 F) I•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
3 |2 \: Y/ `) y•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
# Y/ x* L; p  e/ u! J6 P•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
: D2 s0 Q) Q& r2 u; \8 M•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
+ V0 B0 d, Y$ G6 \7 J' @•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
0 V- B8 F# w- u* P# j1 l2 uEducation and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
