A little salt

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. & H7 C& x8 s/ Q& r ^% W
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. % r9 ~' u( Z: i9 Z
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.
