DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. ( |, p& X2 v2 ]
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. $ |7 g# d' a# U1 r1 |
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.
