-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 Y  P5 G4 v( L$ g-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
# Y7 a3 v7 ~# H' y' h-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& w& _5 @# n! c-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
' f+ e4 N$ z9 L-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
: b7 I0 i0 j2 n9 \. Y& g, L- H-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
5 l6 b; ]- h6 ]$ V1 R-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
/ i- I. m) W, `; C-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
