Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
" j; V7 V/ C$ s9 g5 F  C-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
  q- ?8 V/ B( j& G& }, t-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
. v0 g4 R& p& Z; k6 b3 V% K' V-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
- G9 N/ G$ H* J  Q-Sales Experience is an asset
, j1 U& a; g' M: I  D' S7 Y9 q5 L/ C-Fluent in English and Cantonese
