Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
1 e) z( y& O. s4 I- V- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
8 z2 z, H, y3 S3 O- Team player and development minded.
0 z( t1 z8 W1 x- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
( ~! p; J7 R3 I! h- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
) I) z: j; K* X: ~* f% O8 ?1 x- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
: D# ^3 F, P" g. p- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
$ L& V& G! I, F  c$ G# ^+ I- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
