Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
. F: y$ W1 z( _4 r4 M6 X1 e• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
9 ]5 {, x) x" H. _' K& s9 m• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
7 o. h  A& ^! j  j9 t1 a• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
5 D" F0 f6 _4 e' t* u" B& Y• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
0 k7 H! J! Q3 g• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
; `% }- T0 X+ _- p• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
: a2 z- Z( V: C" E" w9 A; T• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
% q# E+ A2 B0 I3 k• Previous customer service experience
# n  ~/ S1 I! b9 i5 y' P2 O/ V7 i2 B• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
