Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
; ^+ S% H" J9 Q. U- z• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
) z$ Y8 b: P! @, s• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
. k) d3 ]5 h+ S• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
4 U2 A, L+ }) s- @0 ~• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  ~4 X0 V. N9 s• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
0 f- K+ v# O4 J. O2 M6 O8 G• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
