I have been both area lat weekend, most visitors (90%)are Chinese.
  ^& u" b3 C. g& P. R! n$ y6 V/ T# V3 SPrice in Rutherford increase crazy. the Pacesetter Madison D model was 504K in early Feb, now asking 623K. I felt the price in S.T. more reasonable.

i have been 2 places about 4 hours, total 6 different builders. i saw 2 couple Indians and 2 couple whites but at least 10 couples Chinese(speak Maderian and Cantoness) and 2 crews(4-5).

I live in Terwillegar Town and my cousin lives in Rutherford.

# u- D4 b! M0 u; ?If you look at the map, Terwillegar Town is inside the A. Henday Drive while Rutherford is outside the A.Henday Drive. From my opinion, Terwillegar gives you a feeling of closer to the city.

Both Terwillegar and Rutherford have a very convenient access to A.Henday Drive but only Terwillegar has an easy access to Whitemud Drive.
