CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
4 Q9 b; l9 ], k" w- N•        Manage all accounting transactions
3 {, o4 r0 L" ?; ~- g9 X' E" F$ z•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
/ }% t/ w0 k2 I4 J, \9 a•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
: a) i/ B% c4 C) v0 H  v+ X•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
" W5 l  h% I0 \7 a•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% `) B4 E/ D% C6 V* i$ K•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
+ \- m1 Z$ R9 V/ n9 n•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
" J1 B4 @1 k& p
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 u* F+ E- Z4 v1 h•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
+ O' R* {* k! r) A•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4 R: T; k$ X# Y& }) b: I* i•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* D# _1 N& |$ m; n' A•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

3 T* ~- ]$ f1 |5 T1 ISalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
