CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
" ^; ^  [0 m( N+ X! F6 k% P8 r' l•        Publish financial statements in time
; t) y9 U5 h2 y  e9 N) Y& }  a* d. o•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- h! x& B& ^! U. ~3 t•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
7 J( s  i% D! ^6 w! z& I8 t•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
# v; j5 w8 D) T7 G1 \•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
0 u- \1 [& G, X/ I; O: ]+ |•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
+ ?  V" I6 n, v# |5 _7 Z•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
0 q) C2 K) R$ e0 N* o- M' t2 `4 \1 A•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
% `+ c; J( p+ f  ?•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
