CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

# O* M& q+ }: z' g( L/ T1 m* vResponsibilities:
$ v/ N$ @9 S6 Q•        Manage all accounting transactions
$ ~9 L* Q% O/ v0 g( E•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  g& |4 N7 k4 Y3 W: a•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
. p) S( M. M& a2 ^* p•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

6 |8 P. Q! O2 l6 b$ o0 s•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
/ e) T# z2 V- ]7 V$ w- \* K9 y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) m- d1 |8 v& P9 a% U•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
# V# D1 C0 D7 t* U•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
: \5 s$ {" _+ M) J  }•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
