CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  v5 b, q1 H! l) g( A( |' Q•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
/ g5 k% X) L  F3 I- B) b/ S+ @•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
! S/ s# c9 A+ t$ U# |•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
) e! M; N* b% L4 h6 {' H& \•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. H& H5 q5 [2 }7 |* s1 t6 q•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
# K9 F9 @1 w5 h4 a•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

# s1 L$ U" j! @3 Y4 Q6 I7 t7 FAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
7 W$ D/ t" w0 W% Y; [, ^" b•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
) L- _3 @0 l" [, }6 i1 {•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
9 |& e; b0 N) K# [6 W* B4 @) p7 Y•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
" ?& I6 j& ]$ x# e; n•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
