CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

* h2 C# X; N1 z" ~. x% l8 _% G% LResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
" J1 r( d; Y, k  I& o2 k! t! x0 H/ C•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
! P$ e- J- i0 b( |5 W4 `! M, a•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 P, k3 q! l% M  V7 O4 T•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
# x$ k' @6 }! k•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

: }1 S# M$ t* L+ L0 [Accountant Requirements:
% v# N  j3 L& D1 S1 Z% B, j: A* f
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
% h; f; ~% S% Z& }: w•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 a4 }2 C" O( S2 R) [+ X0 X•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
0 c" d% I' [7 D# r5 n' T7 r•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
