CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
3 |6 g9 _- t$ u& L* c% ~6 x•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
6 i; ~1 G/ A) }% [6 Z# P•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
/ p9 ]9 F, U0 ~' O1 @) O( o: B•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
! z6 \" ~! q) t( H•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

" h, O8 t1 b3 {8 G0 cAccountant Requirements:
0 V' H* j- y& S3 g) P/ B) v- Y
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
1 ~( \, L/ \% M, q•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
% p# H1 e3 A) D. _$ U% Y# Z•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
