CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
, i9 W1 y- O6 L$ n•        Manage all accounting transactions
+ {) @8 h# I* {2 j8 e•        Publish financial statements in time
- g3 C9 R' ^, m0 o" ?% Y: u•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
' S# ^0 j6 i& ]; _; ~•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
, P4 l+ ?9 L7 ^, a5 ~% i•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

- d4 |3 w, Z1 @•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
  L$ h+ P+ T. K; V; V•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
- {& v2 z& Y8 L+ r•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
