CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
" c, q* \& M5 d+ C6 z6 ^! z' |, t•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
+ f+ K( w5 z% J* `0 L•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
9 }8 {% y" ~8 w7 Z' [5 o; U; z5 I8 U, T% W•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  o7 z0 H3 ?  A" m) ~- C8 i•        Ensure timely bank payments
2 L; z8 C& o' Q  V: a•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 C( `. C  R( U% n" D•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
6 |  b/ T5 y$ t# s•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

8 p* d( G& d! e3 e, Z9 t- IAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
' e6 j9 m& }" M5 N/ T, r. _# O4 v•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
' _1 e' M3 j, V* m# B•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
1 V4 V# I1 b* r: w: p  S/ ~: a•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
# r8 v- ]% Y0 k/ h  W•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

* C2 t" ?( a# C5 uSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
