CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
; R; m! i. O4 ]: Y, |3 f8 \. P" G6 B•        Manage all accounting transactions
2 S1 b! T- P  o: g( V•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
+ M* N6 k& b. B! u1 o' X) a•        Ensure timely bank payments
! Y2 c, V# e/ H1 @•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 j3 h8 z; t- D7 p8 p•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
8 g6 R. _5 i5 g3 D) T3 {•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
7 N$ i6 h: H% i3 A9 Q
+ |, w  ?- Y- @) I•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
$ P: x4 N# N6 x" X3 B# `* _9 e•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
+ d/ J1 N$ J6 e( x( N  N•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3 C8 i' q3 E  h9 Y4 E3 [! `# v•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
