CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

; d/ `, Z* S# p5 s/ X3 PResponsibilities:
. I0 K; S- v7 C6 Z: }  z•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" y( E$ W1 _, O$ o# v% E•        Ensure timely bank payments
( J: ~6 O, m% w7 w•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

% ~) w8 B% U3 yAccountant Requirements:

, Z. T4 {; [/ v•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
* j6 i( i% c  L•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
5 W. P" ^7 o8 j5 y( ]  j7 F" c•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
6 |6 s+ B1 c6 E; d2 T7 o: S•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
