CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- k3 n' [- j) o! [•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
; V  U8 Q- |  t) F1 Z2 I•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
8 u- `7 w9 w5 X5 C) F/ h# K•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

8 q8 d4 j4 P8 O•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
" Q5 f. F: I3 t. h•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
+ U, I0 W, V( z$ R•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
( ~. y" P. S) d9 {8 D•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
1 D9 K) W+ ]- ^! b% [7 _) I•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9 A: Q* ]- B3 }•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
