CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 g$ }( `, D/ Q- u•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
: O4 N1 O1 [+ g% W! J( Y: l3 W: W•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 L$ X' G$ G5 m* u4 U7 }•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
' M6 b. y7 J6 Z0 d& {9 O8 {7 o1 R•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ L2 J: t* Z8 L* R•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

) i2 n2 U6 r0 `  }Accountant Requirements:

) o2 D0 x2 e1 C# E6 W•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
% x% H# C: B3 X; c& y& s5 f•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
' V% u, P: |8 I- ~1 W9 t•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
( Y9 ?8 K. W" j* m•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7 |& u7 g0 X. b1 L0 A- w" V' p•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
