CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:, h9 a2 v9 B3 s$ ?2 e
• Manage all accounting transactions
* T4 b% P4 n) e: \3 z6 G4 {5 [• Publish financial statements in time- o" ]* U( @5 K
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
0 c2 u0 L: U9 {• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" e. g2 K+ h6 n# B0 }• Ensure timely bank payments6 ?! y) j1 k" w
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 J1 L p7 a5 W0 G# e. F9 G- f• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
5 {+ j0 n1 C# h) X7 e• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- O9 h0 f- J; e! W) A• Comply with financial policies and regulations% E7 M+ Q" w+ H% m+ ?' P+ t
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned2 s# R3 }& `3 M4 t5 V! E- O
& g) U5 m/ U: p0 Z O8 d: E& vAccountant Requirements:+ R D t. R6 x7 K9 w0 }
2 {8 @) N; C$ o8 F• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; F4 x0 E2 ?- W$ U• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)# s* G/ t: B5 h4 H
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)$ B6 K. \/ W# l7 w/ S5 Q
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
0 z+ ^9 q2 ] I9 W4 |6 w2 E/ ?• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
" H% \5 k0 G9 {: p( R4 _• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines., ^4 \: `1 h& ]+ `. {, X( Z$ d& o$ b
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
/ ]5 N4 J- S2 h0 l% v! I• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.! e, d# ^3 K6 c: T5 K
1 @$ P5 U: e0 O- {: PSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
