CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

  d1 u5 C) G2 ]  bResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
+ j5 F  {2 Y, B0 m1 r•        Publish financial statements in time
% k/ G* P2 l$ q9 N1 j$ j/ C, I•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
* ]$ T8 C1 J& c+ R•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
, `) D* `  x5 ~1 E4 k3 i1 m•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
2 Z- v8 E, d* k# r& G: u•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% ]/ @9 N: ]: _  f! ?2 e9 M3 x•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

/ W( }! Y& P/ [' t4 uAccountant Requirements:
' _; n0 T  V2 K; c
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
  b& n! n4 ?; h- Q7 c•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
* X+ b: H8 a! c; f# x•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
" X: M1 e/ r$ W! h# ~6 ?•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
( Y8 Q, d3 e- t- E* f9 o# c•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
