CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
+ x0 K0 n# {2 H7 f* x: F•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
: p+ \5 k: _2 i7 m4 l) v( R•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" v+ m& T+ ^% |$ J•        Ensure timely bank payments
/ c" _! o: l) K* L1 x•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
* c/ c, N! `5 f! z. V•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
5 Y! `) P' y0 |2 [" X•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

& Q4 U" |9 v3 U7 u* n& a0 H2 N, w3 b•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
9 T2 m/ B5 n6 L& Q4 \1 d% `6 V•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
/ Y# l. h4 W! _+ Y  ~2 H' k•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8 H& K( Z+ S6 ?2 ?4 o; h9 X•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
