CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

; S4 M7 @0 W) G$ D% e7 g( G7 r! oResponsibilities:
- s# A' r7 }/ A3 ~2 H•        Manage all accounting transactions
8 F" d7 [9 E  W' t•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
1 W6 K  M4 Q; J' u5 H2 ~•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
4 [. D. ^- h2 I•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
7 S1 ^( Y5 n' _5 |7 i' q( `•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

/ `; f! w( l& i6 l" b( m, W•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
2 ~* T3 f& Z, a% N•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
# g1 t  N2 t, B/ J4 Y5 t, X4 N! B•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 o+ }+ i5 D# n: _' b( s! N5 H6 O•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
