CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

* w& h3 r( y$ A9 T& R! b) L! f, s•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
! s1 F9 Y9 ~( ~/ |) E•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
1 f9 D- R& A) ?  E•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
( p) k- K- ?/ T( N7 k•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
# J3 H8 p2 |7 v# K5 }•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
: \( ?' p, n( }) L" M" s•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
& M( R$ M$ Y9 X•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
0 U, `( J1 q) I9 l& h- f1 A7 x•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
( m0 l  x1 g* G- u) ^•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- m' t% U2 Q' N- ?•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
; R0 y% V8 q- q4 U8 D% K•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
