CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

+ R4 l3 X. b7 L- [Responsibilities:
2 Z3 c: m$ _. D8 o4 F% I•        Manage all accounting transactions
+ T! E# U2 s* l7 o•        Publish financial statements in time
  p6 g' Q. z3 T# c•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
* L- m( t2 K" w/ k! Q( e% c) h•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
2 g% Q" Z. K: k6 \$ e& |•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

6 H+ Y2 V# u( R- a5 H•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
# x* X! Z  Z% `$ [" S•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
, T/ g; V7 n% }* O7 A•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
