CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

( O# o: t( |& B6 `2 C' H" VResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
. L" R* }' x7 T0 x; G•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
* J/ l6 R  ^' C# g: X. A) Y•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
/ I, C% p7 M- o5 H•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

! m4 N3 L+ y3 [) N( q- ^- [( jAccountant Requirements:
$ \0 S2 q% [+ U6 P( w% I( u
/ S1 S5 H/ ]+ t' q4 F1 b•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
& z' G4 d6 }- L; `8 K* t) f7 ^$ B•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
# ^$ {2 X1 I  B+ E  R•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
* L+ [# O+ T5 ~' h2 @: l•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
6 p5 {9 Z( G9 Y& K•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
