CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

1 z3 r; p7 |& d* G$ FResponsibilities:
  {, [! n- g' F# o# s•        Manage all accounting transactions
) F& x( P; S: Y. j9 A5 K•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
" s7 h( }* l& ]2 j/ Q! X( Y•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
$ ~1 G; e- \. m+ ^0 B% P•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
0 x2 ]! S1 K% ?: r! W7 @0 ?•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
) @- P9 e2 T- f& B4 n& v: }; C* l' ?•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

2 T8 N+ z. z& k- H, S5 EAccountant Requirements:

" K6 q$ U( d2 q' O•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; {7 w7 P4 r0 e4 X% @% j•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
( @5 V9 f7 o) m7 ]* U8 k! _; Y•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 J0 v. y" M: W& j1 g6 y' b•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 m# K7 G, I/ `: r•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 M8 y5 Y  ]9 O% h  G+ n$ T•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
