CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
5 h! G( j, m) U' _0 Q: R•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
( i' ]: o1 V% m. p4 {•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
$ s& K' n" X0 @5 t6 v/ `, T1 x$ P: X6 g•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  V  `2 e8 n/ M( m•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
% P" ~3 H- }1 |1 ^$ z; O•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
6 O" `5 |' E* [" a! M  \•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
7 \" t8 }& j0 q3 |5 X3 c•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
* [+ [  X1 d/ E+ Z•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
) L4 d$ {6 L) R- v•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
% h3 T  V4 l! t$ F$ U9 F1 @0 |3 h•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
, M! ]3 W+ S9 ]•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
