CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
/ B7 S# \  T! m1 L; b/ C•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
) k2 k( m1 T# j6 I& {0 L9 t•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
( }+ r& @5 @  S2 a/ q) x0 c! g* @•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
! F- K4 B; D: j$ I  m; v/ o7 Y9 g•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

' C7 u/ T( v* I8 tAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
