CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
7 a- Q  R/ H9 B% x( A•        Manage all accounting transactions
5 o0 m$ Y- L# q, k8 d- H: G/ X•        Publish financial statements in time
+ [( n# c% I/ @# v* x•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* L* n, k6 B, m" |" {•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
; i4 T9 N$ J9 x& ~- x$ ~: R" t•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
0 ~: r4 R3 Z0 r- n! q6 s3 W3 u•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
5 I- A3 ~& U/ k3 w9 U•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
0 q- Q# p4 A% Y- L, @•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4 s4 S3 \$ G8 n( @•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
