CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

8 j! f3 l7 S: P6 F# c" u; ~+ _Responsibilities:
' M3 |( p: {3 O" M•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 x( Q& M( g5 A2 w! K1 k•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
) I+ O/ e% t+ ?8 j0 N6 w•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
& D% b. Y" g* _9 K•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
$ U1 Q* j- D) h# J0 O7 ~: F6 f# i•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
# s# g. V. |8 E1 J•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
' s/ |. m3 Y& k* l; {•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
) z" B+ I2 ~& I- ]3 f' i" J5 C8 T•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8 t& K; _$ f! b: j( d0 Z•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

- k6 L7 F7 S( KSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
