CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
9 S/ L9 a1 `8 ~, M# M1 g3 D( i6 ?•        Manage all accounting transactions
7 ?! W  Q( T' j+ \* M+ c•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 {- a/ u. S7 z9 F•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- v0 _8 s" l! U•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ T* I& ?) {9 I•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
* O! \0 b) e6 {+ }( K  {•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

" X9 A( c" F8 w! Y•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* P" ]7 a* B7 S. T5 x0 M% M. X•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

5 `5 W% h9 X6 J+ c: x1 l* c1 x/ oSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
