Responsibilities:
5 s" g/ c" c# ?0 v& u; r• Manage all accounting transactions0 G% j. k- ~ G+ Q6 a' ]
• Publish financial statements in time: i( c1 ]) h' e
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
# M/ s. Q! Q% N ^$ Q+ ]• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
% O. F, l( D$ s( E5 _• Ensure timely bank payments& W: p. y j3 F6 W5 d* F0 M6 E
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
, ~* t# R' g8 R$ D& V/ g1 j• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization. |( h4 q) q# j2 }: ?% Y
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
, u9 ?, R M, A4 l( I. h• Comply with financial policies and regulations3 a7 `& Z6 c! t* U& J
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:( L8 I I# e& e C
2 ^" N2 {0 g6 z2 z/ z6 m" Q0 p7 h• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
6 e: K; S9 t$ H% N8 U• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
, ]$ z4 M# `( F1 b• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
2 L4 Z- w$ _/ C C" R- H6 A• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
% F9 s( K0 V* {7 z# @3 R• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.% {/ ]# |/ \! A3 l) ]9 B
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
( y8 E1 }" }0 n8 h• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. {: V6 g4 `( `• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.8 L2 p$ {$ d: K P
