CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
: Y( O' g0 [2 T: ]2 R9 \) _8 p•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
8 R( _6 X0 ]9 q. V. D& A•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
1 B* M; G; {9 A% q. ]•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 l9 \- ^  c, E- u: ]•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

6 P. w( x% l  g) W. |, P•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
. L0 i+ D6 I; d7 Y# g' x! O•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
5 H+ \. p  \6 m- k2 _7 H3 w•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
( x. s' K1 ^  g% x# U% Z•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
; d% u, z; y. D/ _•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
