CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

+ W9 V% ?) I4 MResponsibilities:
! N8 B) W% Y( f+ I5 K•        Manage all accounting transactions
' o1 x5 W8 r0 e$ O•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
: m2 Q" ^, c% n/ O9 x9 Q•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
3 ]. |+ ~9 I5 z6 I6 S* P•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
) q) o& A7 f5 }$ d7 C•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
- ?; D* B3 e4 b. l•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

3 P2 X% V) n( J  R7 D•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
% N& e" l% C8 J•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
1 _) I; P* ]3 a# n•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
$ O" N: }7 J8 U7 {1 k: U•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 n$ v% M- {! }( L% I•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

+ B# q) O( @/ lSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
