CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
7 |4 O5 c* [0 `. M- h0 ~•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
1 T# S0 W( ]  w/ G4 k" h! [1 \•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 Z  Z( Q4 s$ I& O! }) V4 m•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
2 L+ h; J( K7 {# a/ s. }•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
0 P0 ~/ h, Y) w" _•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
% e! P# ^6 M6 C5 B0 l( w•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
5 J# w! u) f/ f) d3 g•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
; Y" V" R, }* t5 P: ~: }4 N•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
7 q& u# n8 }) n- d. P•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
