CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

! a; T6 \( ?- nResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 A# B6 _7 n5 L7 B•        Publish financial statements in time
7 X* B3 T- b# i8 w3 Z7 G•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
+ P* v3 b9 Z2 T, v: D9 e' X+ k•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

; M! k- v: K( b( Z9 t' C•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
6 L4 ?/ B! U) k' c9 u- Y% b+ r•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7 P- ~+ \2 n0 G  h& ?•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
