CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

6 {& f3 w9 ^+ Z0 n& z3 z. L4 v( [( h•        Manage all accounting transactions
) k) {1 `, `6 o/ L5 x•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
/ \+ g5 y. |+ p0 i# S•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
: n! m% |6 _, E7 x$ f0 z0 F4 d•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; ~# r7 R8 v1 x. K. ]•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 k# d% t# }8 ]9 j, U•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
! E/ m! m, U  h1 u•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
