CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

' ?* J" k4 x. R) r" uResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 {" ~3 z8 m/ N6 U9 K; q: w; k$ c•        Publish financial statements in time
/ r( p' N; O2 a% l9 H•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
1 _7 y8 W( w1 i- H0 p•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
, J* H$ L7 i& Y( Q( w•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
2 n; W$ B6 k6 h' ^( Z5 q•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
1 g8 l. q6 M: D$ V% _" W0 W2 {( o
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
2 G# E  g+ h$ H' |6 h. m2 m•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; w6 M+ n7 h- R* p. p5 V! I0 i•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
2 _! \; i5 W; i+ V& u7 M•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
2 B7 I7 X  i) ?  f; B! |& J4 h' A•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$ v; V' p8 g# S" \: r* K•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
