CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

7 D0 h( c% [2 {( v; }7 }) wResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
& \+ F; l2 Z+ ?, M  Q5 P: ]' t•        Publish financial statements in time
$ h  L; R3 ~0 }& z9 X* _3 h•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
) _9 |2 J/ {5 E) Y( ~•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 }! ^# p$ s6 O" I- H9 f•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
" z" m$ D( D% S* `- m•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
% o$ W2 [5 E2 I, U•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
9 h+ n9 r) f6 J" R8 f
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
/ X/ D! A/ y: Q9 C! o/ n' b6 T•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
  M* y9 ]1 B5 S•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
* D8 u! X8 W- S" k•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
