CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

  \* m' l$ j# n0 G" Q7 _( Z7 tResponsibilities:
! M9 ]( A" q* F7 u6 f•        Manage all accounting transactions
7 K8 m9 i) q: p! f" A; x% K•        Publish financial statements in time
+ g  E, R4 y  p+ l•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
' h9 ?7 k, T6 a7 t•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
1 u9 u5 p7 p8 m# ]: q7 h. p/ }4 L+ T' U•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 e! l4 O; E+ d8 ?5 b! L•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
9 a0 X: _; p" |•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
9 V, v- U: |6 D- b, I3 w( @•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
8 E' d: ~+ R8 p5 {2 C
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
: w2 D8 V' x& A•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 @& o; t4 u' a•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- z: R8 g( G' I1 [•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
