CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

: P" C) k" z' k8 D" b. z- ~* A# Y! r, p  l•        Manage all accounting transactions
6 C/ f8 k% g0 {! r•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
. @, ]1 W- J9 d8 ?% r! Z: C•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
# L* V. b' U) S- |: B: `$ q•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

# O! ~9 ?0 B. u; c& \•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
0 C& o( {3 i/ [. k+ h0 @•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
1 T2 x& L6 q; R7 z6 h& G•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  t% M/ ]. r0 h& f•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
. R8 z% Z2 e) d1 ]# m2 a0 h. l•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
# e& E3 p) r( r2 [•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

& s+ e7 D& j" u+ [" ?3 R# O; N/ USalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
