CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

4 U0 W) {! p9 E& k. XResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
" j5 {$ q4 @1 V2 I: V4 a7 o•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
) z$ p1 Y+ w5 E- X4 ]0 S•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
; P& `# C9 v2 y•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
& q7 J5 U6 t8 _- X* l  p8 u2 O5 h# H+ _
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
8 M9 d, S. _# X2 s2 F! ^( _# p•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
$ m5 |& J% Y, u/ T2 i- I•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
: d9 b8 X! Y4 z' g•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
1 |4 T) D/ d, d8 t  ?7 |•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
