CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

9 N7 i3 P4 V" eResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
- c+ G  e2 [% G4 p( D! l+ h•        Publish financial statements in time
. z9 h7 `) f; [/ c) n•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
/ X( e7 H" p6 P# Q•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
7 Y$ U8 z/ p& B' z8 f1 r•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ i) R  E( t6 T2 l6 \•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
& Q9 S1 N3 s  C- _/ I  L•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
, C# z- e0 E5 w# ~
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
& J. J; z- u8 M% Q7 L5 f+ \•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
. h0 m% X7 S% B3 Z3 C" {$ `* N•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
' P( @9 t9 h% M) B2 }0 d7 @7 A: v•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ z- M9 e3 Y3 E* H; N  i3 L/ y) y•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
