CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
8 N; Z- y1 G5 k& q7 K9 V•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
2 i3 ]2 }% [+ w4 _•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  I; p6 ~1 A$ f; W' j. W& m•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
3 ]8 A6 O/ i1 [2 c8 G) V5 o•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

2 b5 f% w1 n( I9 ?  s$ A/ X
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
+ b6 t! k& `( P5 n- g•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
) X. k) `- U7 Z% v0 G$ l: I$ ]9 B•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
; a+ [4 H% Z3 |# e) g•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
% d# {) |( o6 @•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
