CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
; {& W1 ~# }3 O4 P% V5 b•        Publish financial statements in time
4 }8 ?6 R. m1 @% I7 ~•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- h& F  K: k5 @5 H•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
: _$ m7 N% L: c- d- a( u3 w* F•        Ensure timely bank payments
: \1 X" e" Y2 O# l•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 A- Q3 r3 H2 K•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
- P. F) _% B. @! f5 V  A5 N9 @•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

; p$ K5 N# M. _0 u8 LAccountant Requirements:

) g& P) h. L% \$ Y: u& d1 ~•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
( t) W' |5 {1 O/ g, r•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
" v5 o9 G( A) z•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
$ V8 l- y8 H1 |( Z0 p) D•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5 ?( h' g! G: @2 q1 s4 u7 c•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2 E$ O; o4 o8 E. y" H+ b•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

/ H/ T3 w+ c6 z* mSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
