CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

! ~+ X4 r' z( l* wResponsibilities:
: q4 V5 @% l1 t* d" p•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
9 n& T* Y. @! ?' Z" n+ X( F•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
9 U) q; F7 I5 M•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

! f3 |8 X  ~% ~3 _Accountant Requirements:
- @8 r' L+ |$ N# _) m1 _1 J: D
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) Q) x8 s& _( B" d2 E, B/ a•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
! |! o' t4 m; X2 K5 r* `, U9 m•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
: _" }$ U* n6 b- G9 @5 b•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
; m$ g9 r$ P  ?8 Y+ ]0 [•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
