CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
( Y3 \+ K! v& ^+ B0 k& h• Manage all accounting transactions( @, }; ^% w+ l/ U1 `$ S3 Y# S
• Publish financial statements in time& V# @1 m+ }) Y- e7 E! @
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
8 J0 m+ d( ?) a7 z1 o" ^• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" E# h) E/ K _) L• Ensure timely bank payments
0 K1 ^" f5 A) E' B0 B: b• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
( m f$ J$ v# m3 @ u• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.# ]6 Z' ?! l$ z2 i% w9 }
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ e- F# t6 f" B6 s1 J$ F" ~& v( J( A3 X% o3 K% c( i" V7 x# y+ S
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).9 W3 I0 C6 F" n& W, h0 ^
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)9 m+ t3 L/ c6 p! b. L
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)& O# E$ R0 r" `- N P6 u
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.0 c' c: ^1 ? s3 H
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 a$ `5 S1 h$ K$ X1 l• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3 J- `) q7 O3 _• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8 d8 r4 {$ n3 e4 X$ H• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
