CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

1 R" s" \$ z/ ?! G; Z& `7 X8 _•        Manage all accounting transactions
( A9 B4 w: G- N5 L; p! ]  [1 C•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
5 l, Q- H: K5 ]•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
: f& K( J% o- {; D6 e! h6 e) l•        Ensure timely bank payments
6 Y' j, `1 n" _% E- y•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- }$ E+ q+ k% u& [. h•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
5 c9 U. o& z/ d  ?. Z6 m9 @•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
9 n) e+ L- `- Z$ @+ d, b4 R•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

6 _4 v. ~. S9 U( z! v% [% mAccountant Requirements:
7 q! k( O  |1 Y5 e! C3 O: i+ ]
8 f0 q* k* P. d! u# a3 o0 r+ S7 g. H3 U•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
" i: j- Q/ o4 R: v•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
