CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
! K5 \; x* p6 P+ x# h  d1 u  ^•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Z. |; b0 s. J  J0 x" L•        Ensure timely bank payments
" z6 `5 e6 I! k! T•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
' d( {" l8 `- [•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% h% D1 l6 Z/ U+ e! t' u4 ]/ E4 P5 Y•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
# y0 B2 {6 L0 s3 ~" F9 J•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
0 j. v! G2 Y4 s1 w  O
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
+ T) k$ e  T% e$ |•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
