CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
+ F9 k. P( C7 E+ z/ g: K" c2 u•        Manage all accounting transactions
$ C  M0 y$ c4 e2 @: b, H0 Q1 }•        Publish financial statements in time
! F2 s) j- ^+ V•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
; l/ r2 s1 @' j2 x•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
2 k* t6 l! N2 t1 o7 e•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
: f7 y4 F. M2 w* j•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

' ]6 P3 k8 i* h; _
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
7 C2 C( Y2 w! c" T& d( V6 \7 V•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  u! t8 d7 M, G+ Y! D5 z1 s8 Z! v3 O7 U•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
