CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
# N( v1 E! C) k9 K3 w/ s•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
% `4 D9 a2 [$ q/ E' p•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
. F/ z. ]9 `* Q  N, T! v•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 J: ?7 J2 I1 v1 S5 Q: H6 }6 H  C1 j. S•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

3 Z, X* H9 k4 B. K9 NAccountant Requirements:
7 G6 ~* ~( u) Q, O" s% O
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
# h3 A4 g& Q6 d0 |3 q* a2 o•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
