CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

2 q3 y& Y- G. u•        Manage all accounting transactions
: ]1 m. Q) @  |( d% e7 `  v•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
, V( i: D7 B; k! x+ ?$ ^•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
  @- f* n- M; L•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
' }! H: h3 O# H% e: U( P, o4 ~•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 y  J% O$ k* U7 X: t•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
6 E, r5 i  w4 n0 \1 b* o0 @•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

3 C& E4 S; M: x6 J•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
1 ~+ D; p2 ], [% S1 Q- v•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) i2 ]; b% D7 O) v4 _7 a3 r7 O•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
6 A) o0 W! [$ G3 w& Q" y•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
, L0 D1 c% I3 [6 e: i•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

  P4 p9 [8 i2 |- t! VSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
