CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

- O0 a' o2 V4 r; b2 CResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
6 B" D  v6 H$ A# }  [( I: H/ G. o" t: N•        Publish financial statements in time
1 }  N, M2 ?  S; A, Q% K•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
- m. t# }# j) q; u7 }•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
+ D/ A6 \6 G; {! R' }' m•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
$ a# B/ B5 x; T, ?•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
" F& W. n* \9 b! L•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

& {# G4 o- s% _1 P( M* IAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
( p, ^/ k% n7 u•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
, c1 N* x" k1 v•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
( q( J) i8 W# @& H. T: Z•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
' f/ k- V" D2 q7 Y1 }" W( Z•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
