CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

: e, I) _! O1 N0 KResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
, g5 a6 A# W# h) N* Z, L' G•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
! G0 G# R1 K- G/ I2 Z7 b/ e! F•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
" P% `! ^0 N- b6 A7 G4 c•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
* r; V1 k, _" D8 D6 F; g) k8 C4 \4 P7 ]•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

8 B9 [- {4 ~/ Y9 c/ XAccountant Requirements:
. n9 _& O8 p; Q/ T5 D
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
( L5 _# A& H2 ]5 `•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
0 R' ]8 j0 L8 e  c•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
6 d6 @/ P2 N3 O/ _•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
; }. b; v/ z% b7 e0 ?# g•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
