CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

  ]3 T# e% z2 j2 JResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
9 j0 l! i; e, \8 Y4 ^0 L  q•        Publish financial statements in time
- j, B4 a5 N7 I•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
: A/ K) z) x& ]•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
! r) O6 M, m5 E% U% C•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
2 m/ |0 G* V5 Y% w: k$ R* Q•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

7 j4 K/ V$ }5 {+ g) M/ U* {$ k8 s( BAccountant Requirements:
# U/ z) {7 W" O9 F9 \
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
9 p5 f' F* k) j! a, Y, R•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
! R/ J* a. e& b2 L# H2 u•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  n" S! `0 N' W% z5 |•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
0 f" ~# p5 i! _' B" d4 d! S•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

, L" Z+ K- [1 L) ~Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
