CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
& C2 ~' y* X* u; [+ y•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
0 N/ [3 t+ R6 y7 Z! d! N•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  q+ S3 G; G+ J3 R  s7 N•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
  m* Q( r$ @& N9 Y•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
3 _9 `3 \0 a# Q. ]+ Z, W•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

" @% k3 C# X8 E/ \Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
. i3 v' i( [0 X' ]8 @9 S•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
( P/ F; b3 K$ ?- m2 w, G•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
& Z5 N" \+ w9 f•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* d- h# y8 f- S; N' v7 V9 E' I•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
