CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
% K1 y! P8 z% w& @# S' d•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
/ l  C; [$ w; N9 P; `# z•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
) U2 b. Y# o& c3 G; \1 G! x8 _•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
1 W: L1 h- u4 K8 M: F( ^: J4 ?: E•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

. I) |6 l' F# SAccountant Requirements:

  }7 C" h8 h6 D: j- j•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
& E; q: Z/ [9 G/ o' [0 O•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 d+ G- F& ]- f! q/ e  z9 l* x•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
# V* _- c& M2 q# H, w. L: w•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* t; I3 [( s* p+ U$ B2 Y& e( l•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
