CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
; O2 _6 G% R1 n* H6 Z4 E9 K- Z; D•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 L5 }5 K0 S2 a& P' ^( ^  B•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* T' I/ X( k( q$ T+ V. F•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
! u( g9 V* @* g•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
! \6 |" i' I3 r: r- m8 f" `•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
+ @0 F% f. V3 d) i: J0 w5 _1 F•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

, z) ^; j7 v& C•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
. b. w2 i. f. a/ e; F4 @•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
, `0 ^! {  m$ O( V8 o7 [•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
