CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

  l. S! O7 W  ]' w: ]6 [Responsibilities:
0 X7 d5 @( G9 ?+ s4 H•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
2 I0 q5 X, L6 c0 R•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
2 \- M( b" P2 h: w. e/ F•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
9 D7 s; U( m7 x( k•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
+ e" k& @0 f7 W9 _6 I•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
8 }: {  X3 [+ a5 n6 I•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
0 G& j4 Y% h. o! L# i% u: ?6 ~•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- J5 G9 E3 P) B( e4 F! R•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
8 Q0 i; [' K# P# H% y•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4 r2 Z1 U7 }$ V8 v3 [: C1 a•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  k, w6 `5 J' C7 c7 _1 J•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

$ ^- \: s7 ]: }' H' }Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
