CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
( z" `2 u5 F8 r8 l: W% u* I( r+ m•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
) T( D/ J7 S' i/ x$ Z" P8 I•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
7 J& ~- a1 J1 _, W. u& @•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
& c( t2 _2 A9 P- Y. t6 _9 O•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
9 o$ P; N7 J3 g/ L: \+ n3 f•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
; R* d' \: f7 m" V* u7 P# Y* p•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

% n& t- K$ A$ Y3 \Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
