CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
0 ]! R: @4 r  {& x•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
, Z: o2 r# [% v) F7 Z•        Ensure timely bank payments
/ T. O" h6 Y" h•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
* C4 ~4 W, c6 a: b% Q0 p•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
4 Y) ~1 ]2 A9 T3 C4 `•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
: n( Q9 E  t3 c, C8 ]; U•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
5 k) M( K: J( x" [•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
* l/ Q$ k  N" C6 @$ [•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
/ l# ~2 z4 j& U# ?: @- z1 k•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8 [) q1 k- K5 X3 @) G•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
