CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
6 u: z* g2 _- h8 M•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
' X  ?4 h$ M( y•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 R" u7 W. T5 F1 O0 w•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
% I  U5 Q1 }9 J$ ]•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
0 g* R: D3 t# X- ]2 D: p9 H6 D0 j•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
* G2 {  U( ~7 }8 |# U+ L
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
+ L* S7 G4 S" y) U7 z- H' u# s•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 `# s5 e& P% x  O- q" q•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
& Q; _3 `3 s7 \. `•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2 @3 _8 _: e6 M$ c: G4 @4 [•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

* V8 u% W& ^" ]Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
