CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
2 P( c& Q3 {) `& A" |•        Manage all accounting transactions
$ {; F, S/ W+ R3 C) M# g1 u' ?8 o9 {•        Publish financial statements in time
3 N1 m3 S! i( i' u) ^* X% Z& X5 ?•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3 @( }- J! @! `6 }- F. S•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
* O& I$ K" D, ]6 Y: A•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
% p7 g  i- V: O0 H# y. T•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
1 j' r) _: z+ |$ R•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

# b; ]* w: i& k/ `6 K; q* AAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
. |+ e- y& P! |+ u# D. W; O0 J•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
; x4 o* }+ i! w" X3 L9 k; H% U•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
$ M+ T$ f" o6 Q7 Z$ |0 G. R•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7 x. k$ t2 ?7 v8 n  s9 U•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
" c  Z6 ^2 E1 @7 _. Z•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
