CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
2 t+ M# b4 r; T& E! K6 ~•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
5 y5 J- I, W9 M& {- e, |•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
/ F  r: _: P* |+ s, ]•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
" @6 h( u, d% {9 r•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
$ i2 J/ n! f2 q# O0 K$ V' E: q, b•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ o# D) P: ~/ i( @$ J2 LAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
7 V" H! ~1 X* ]% \: ?. y3 Q. w•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
7 u$ K7 U4 w6 {•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6 B9 c& P0 ]- e. `8 m* W( K$ y1 T•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
