CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

( O$ t/ E1 u! QResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  g2 T+ R. J% K4 e•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 h7 S8 f6 ^, S0 |8 D2 Q' [•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
; R0 C4 A* b6 {3 l; G; U8 ^' X7 b•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
) J& ]# W4 a5 Y9 Y- T/ B$ d•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
6 m, z( G1 A# C1 P•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

! a- a7 f$ F. t6 }0 U  Y0 sAccountant Requirements:
6 n" \8 h7 n  O6 \
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 Z4 E# g' M: F2 \* C, \•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
; {; F% r- G/ h$ U5 \: m•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 s8 O, |" d. m0 K•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
1 b* C& i1 d; {9 q2 l•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

  z* u, _0 X. {1 y# L3 t( JSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
