CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
; h" `  p% K' n1 N•        Publish financial statements in time
2 z4 r+ m2 J" Y& m•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
7 |+ @+ j$ }5 g' l•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
$ S! P' G: |9 r& p  a•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
) M# g9 I# i/ m1 o& `4 R•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
$ s+ F0 ]2 S8 P* w8 p•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

4 u: g* C0 o1 m& ~% H  f5 m5 A/ @Accountant Requirements:

" n' R% q+ j# T% B( x•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
( m) ?3 q3 p8 K# N- b# }' T3 J- s, C•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
$ Q. }- D' K: B, Q+ Y% W•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
! y4 Z+ D! `" [2 J- m3 ~7 ?" T•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- z& F; o2 ?( E" \' I+ U1 ?•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
! j8 s. K$ G5 g, L3 a8 q0 w* G•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
