CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  }+ K$ W/ h) D( ]" b/ Z•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8 e) a" m5 v+ a6 m" C•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ t1 n' m9 U- O7 t$ x: C# r•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ _/ ^$ y* V  @/ m+ ~$ v•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
4 K* e! ~( S# L1 V2 T# V/ _•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

" s" x* M- p# f0 C4 b: Q( ?•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
! O$ O0 [! J% r2 W' V•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
; B+ t$ a/ y; C5 T# j•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
3 m2 G; d$ h8 K( I•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
8 j3 B, V& r/ ^& j+ J6 l' n•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7 V2 r, Q2 @4 U1 a" a! U0 M•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
