CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
+ Y1 _( p5 U# P5 }% A7 B  H•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- d% k( e2 }, Q, y# \& e•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:
" q% y% r; h5 D, P! }
/ _  D! w% m: @4 _8 @' i•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
0 n9 C7 s; b( ]. K•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) s1 d0 A' u3 Z- e; w1 G% w•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
. O/ v: v2 B4 s8 j0 p•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
