CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
1 `! {6 @& @: r0 [•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
* \& U% T& V7 v) A! ?8 m•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
" `$ ?) \; V: h6 q( @•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
1 {$ c, v  M( M) `•        Ensure timely bank payments
  `! M+ o+ J) h. i•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
% y9 @# ~8 }3 G4 v6 [# r•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
, @- }* _8 I7 a5 b8 E# P•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

  H, n9 c% T7 V7 b8 t, E2 e
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
8 m( E5 n; b4 |0 I. x•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$ u2 ^2 B- S3 R  m' e% ^•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
