CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
8 }$ L% Z0 d+ j% l$ H•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
" r& U9 i. @2 z# N: Y•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
3 P, B( U0 G% r% B- ]
0 E. b, C3 a3 m4 j0 n" C0 L' x•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
  V& u& Q+ _% }, f' o0 d4 \) z7 `' p•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
9 ]5 f0 N# H, y0 I7 W# O•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
