CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.6 ]# k' u. u3 `# Z: x

• Manage all accounting transactions
9 |& j+ F9 A) l; z/ s• Publish financial statements in time# s- _% t8 N) H
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
( ^; t8 k$ ^$ @/ |• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
' J: \+ n( \0 ^& z# _7 v• Ensure timely bank payments
* P. @! |8 F; B• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
$ Q8 q( F7 O* P# v; s- ]• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.5 H( |8 H% J! A0 S- I
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned- n3 L) G6 c# L2 @ x* O( O

; M2 e. R' q9 }, D9 j" l: U* I• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 ?; `" u/ d1 t• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)9 ^) [( _% |) v/ T% v
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
' F0 u. h# b9 L5 w4 v• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
