CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
9 k; B' V- ^( p4 Q+ |& l•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 R# x" a' D# C& {* v; ~  D3 K•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" m1 O: _) ?0 X: ^( E•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
& c5 O2 v2 X! [! \7 \•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
# R) {  B5 j( d0 ?+ _/ d, y& n' G/ O•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
! u1 v4 B4 x5 I; ?) H' W% e! A2 a! B•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

& C# Y; u7 o1 d: k$ c•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
' s( o- G7 N& Z8 |5 p/ y+ y: H( Q•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- @7 H- |- ]$ ^6 t: Y+ x. A•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ k5 M$ m1 N) C7 S; |) m. @•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
