CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

/ t' N. Q4 d8 Q. E0 MResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
1 k# r+ v! |. j0 x: r; t% }0 {+ a8 N•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
) W3 g+ a4 h  E' ^•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
$ J4 i# ~1 v& Q3 a% Z2 E•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
) o( v& r6 v# I) `8 x1 d! ^$ I•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
4 `9 h4 r. z: K$ F7 q•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
3 z* O8 S* a9 r( v9 E
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
, ^+ k) {4 z5 X; F3 m4 k•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
, V, n- X+ P4 @& ~! i•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) c  U" _* Q7 j+ ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
2 ^$ R8 E( l. n( B1 m' r7 X" k. i& N•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

9 v6 a$ K8 |# k% ?, rSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
