CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
6 o) w+ L9 `) l: y8 e3 B/ q: l; C( O•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
% U: w) B! G+ _8 c8 t# |•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 u0 m' p  S( O9 z% u•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
  f  f( Z( }, u6 g  V& N•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

! Q* H% P: ~+ j4 J' v! ]5 K- y
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
* M2 a0 ]$ d: J4 F% n; p; m•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
' J, i1 i, J; \7 E, O1 T" G•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
0 p" L9 k! |! R: s! c•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
