CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
4 n& B9 ~0 V7 }+ ~- E9 |7 V. E•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
4 X. b" k' y$ ^  v! o0 H•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
, C0 i2 k2 ]. ?/ b' g: `; F" W•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 j/ ~  E7 S, N2 |- U8 J5 h! X6 K•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
' L3 l, x% x. Y7 K. k0 `•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
; }9 V% Q; H7 R•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
- c: \! @4 R0 @( W5 @7 R•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
3 a( F# E. H) S- f7 \2 r0 ]•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
! n: @3 h/ w1 K% Q% A•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
0 K( p( {* ]! e- f( \3 H•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
