CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
0 |) S  r7 u1 ^+ B: [# }/ W' }4 {•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
. ?4 U$ i0 W6 v( f( s0 d; F•        Ensure timely bank payments
! C/ A! N' r# e$ ~4 O•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 ]0 |! P0 n5 |7 c. [2 x" G•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

1 \' Q: [8 `% m  R' T* |Accountant Requirements:
4 R1 f- V# s% q- a; s7 Z  Y$ I  l
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 W1 Q, k& M& {' E' O/ N8 L# u9 T•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  u' R& b' Z: K2 b  l! Z1 G0 @•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
