CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. w0 R$ E9 Q  i/ Q8 P•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
1 b6 a& E7 Y) s3 y- \1 K•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
+ r  @: s. J, o) h" `% V•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- t, V" f; y+ S( g•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
% ~; s! n1 E9 r, c4 G0 I% E•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

, a7 M: u: r; y  K, M
5 g, v/ v% u" n6 C•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
! ?' Y& N% R) u9 G' B. v•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
" r0 Y! ?. m3 A* q% S: C5 P•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
3 l9 `7 n, K& |) P8 ^1 z•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
" N  |- S9 t* m1 o$ `# M: m5 N4 m•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
, D2 }$ j6 i7 [; T•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
