CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

! }; I- f9 j# u9 Z. u  {Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
5 ?+ \- G* `2 ~* n2 B/ g•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
$ S9 h' a& {4 W8 S% `1 i8 I•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
  u' z$ v4 j. V5 j: G% A$ [•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
' _( P+ j- }" d8 ^  x4 D) u•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

* j: T! K, W) @$ lAccountant Requirements:
$ T! W4 d9 U8 L; U
, V+ |- `( ]9 S, R; ~4 ?. R•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
- X) Q  ~* _: f8 V$ S& m! ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
3 m, r) `* S- O: ~, L•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  s' v( |) a' k. q- X+ q) z* a$ B•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 ]0 |; J1 ~* k" f% ?5 D# X•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

: S1 c; y& M6 CSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
