CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

, {, ^1 c4 j& {4 a  \: \Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
* W) X" n/ L3 J) N( e* P: R4 ?•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
) y/ b7 P) X2 E4 ?•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
% A& O' t" C* T; ^. b•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
5 D2 n5 x, B% F; J: F' M4 x$ g& V•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

# {5 D# B8 ^( k0 r7 R' W, T•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
& M/ l5 V- m" F: d' a0 ?7 V•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
0 r' r6 l2 Y& V7 A+ z" E# E! G- }•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 L$ u4 ]' }! v% h•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
% Y0 h  ?6 }! q! ?0 P•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
) a& y; I* J' `•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
