CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- A, x- o5 D6 ]% S/ E0 @( c•        Manage all accounting transactions
" F+ L- m+ Y( _+ T# P- z+ U/ c•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
" Q# Z0 }- A$ p& q" \( O8 z•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
) Z6 \2 \3 [! m7 A6 D; a, [; R•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
) `) q* I0 k9 {" E6 i•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

7 `. P8 ]4 o; Z; A% ^Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
& a, B& m4 y# ^0 r•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
/ a  n5 Z1 A% J; ]- r•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
# n4 ^, _. E2 T. c3 R/ F•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
