CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

; P9 ]2 r' C; b# JResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
) d0 [6 I9 Q+ z; d- h) m" d3 y: ~•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
/ F5 p9 C+ O$ Y( s, v•        Ensure timely bank payments
6 y* ]& h. w1 }' k+ T6 V•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  s6 z& k7 x& c3 B* `•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
. C/ }: L; i( w. z- s2 L8 [•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
7 F" l/ u7 N) h. g) N& \•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
* d) `: B: C% L& Z( Y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) j5 {1 F8 N6 r* |2 M•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
