CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

$ a0 }+ Y4 Q# K1 bResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
7 g3 L5 y4 e( T2 @- [; z, e4 p( S: U•        Publish financial statements in time
! C1 B) r+ I+ a% P9 m% y8 J) ], \! S•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
2 T" Y# q& ~/ @* c5 t•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
' j% O* z- c- t+ q- p6 N•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
/ r  a4 J* d) x. q•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- h4 Q5 @, F1 p0 k7 Z•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
5 Z7 Q: X/ J+ M, n•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

& @: b1 L# `8 iAccountant Requirements:

, q! W9 D% i- Z! x3 A8 F$ d  ~- O•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
1 q+ R& }$ Z- T  m) D6 V+ i•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; w& P. W' K8 J% g( V& Q( C•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
1 X1 n2 M: W& a. x•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
