CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. J& _# H' C& ~! z* LResponsibilities:
% q7 X6 Z4 R$ [- V# ^: q•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
1 \* B6 D1 g  v•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# f6 G0 t* P+ _) _0 `- f•        Ensure timely bank payments
% j( t4 x4 c2 `1 r•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
6 t) x9 E% M2 N3 r•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
! Y8 B8 m! i5 {$ u7 U1 _, u+ Z0 B•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
# S% J* h8 z7 D2 @9 d$ i2 ?8 i& R•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

3 M& o# _* P% z1 ]! \Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
- |+ A. M$ T% V) H•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
0 o& z3 z( c& M•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
' T  p- D% G8 h' R( e6 O' P( o$ K•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
' I1 ]! q" \% d; N9 A2 g, h•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
