CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. K5 ~, h4 S9 e: Q2 B& |•        Manage all accounting transactions
. i" m) U) ~" r6 F& r•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
# I* C6 M! ~! c•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
" ?# o3 d( Q  ~" p6 U, p' E7 N•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% T9 }/ }" W3 l+ Y% m# F•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
* ~  X9 D! P+ N1 v2 o& T•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
) J) H3 y' a) y" }. a
4 l) v7 z2 t* a/ J•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
, y* @- A3 p1 `$ j9 u: g, ^& e•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
9 Q* y7 G% K7 d+ c8 m$ {& j# V•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 f1 O- q6 |6 q3 o: C& f•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
, o6 |. J$ X$ M& ], j  g5 g/ ?; v•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
/ o2 a  \: [+ `  z2 \% C•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
