CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

4 D& X+ w$ }  \4 E( I+ O5 B; d- t! X' BResponsibilities:
7 N! t  _( G) r1 d' l•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  u3 k( Z+ ~& j1 S•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
$ H2 L  S/ Z4 b•        Ensure timely bank payments
: S* G, j0 u5 V6 i; z# B4 i! B7 {6 H•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
1 b9 b- |7 X. j  `" K. b- Z•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
" W; u8 e0 P) D( t; {0 i•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
+ h# C# N6 O+ v
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
7 ]& M7 U3 V1 D7 [* F7 k/ X•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
3 P7 b# h- s4 r4 ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
7 H( e  ?6 t7 S% T0 p1 O8 x•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
/ |6 L- o4 g- \9 j# y( H•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4 T" b, u9 P! D, o•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
