CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

& K- F9 W: R3 a# {: }Responsibilities:
4 j0 F. T# B+ w$ ~•        Manage all accounting transactions
6 P- Z  x8 U" }# c' @. k' j3 B•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
% o6 T$ `  M2 U6 U) ^•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 ?9 A# P& `4 M/ t+ i4 r; w3 p•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
9 `# o! x, U/ c•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
! e2 K* `) C* A* W: L
0 h9 K7 n" P" k7 d. p" j•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
9 g6 a! Z/ u$ o& j' s9 M( E, \* `1 u•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
* b2 ~7 E7 q" S  W; a( h•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
