CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

' A( g0 d$ J/ \) N; jResponsibilities:
8 q# ^6 s/ p( Q1 x•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
0 q% c- |; c3 f' j•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
7 N' J& g! F1 f•        Ensure timely bank payments
- g4 K# b+ f, l! _& G! L•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
7 E" s0 t( V/ K6 _•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
8 E9 j0 {5 I1 A1 b" x5 S( D6 \! i•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
" _! M2 j+ ~1 x7 x+ |9 Y, j2 d•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
2 l" e0 K7 \  u
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
5 D4 ^6 F# @( y1 ~  C; T; J/ {•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
8 d) A( a: U. Z•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
5 p) p. ?* k8 A" V•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
7 U9 [" r5 }9 y" R4 r$ d! c•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 M8 R' {; H, Z( h8 b) J, w/ s•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
/ t5 K6 i3 W* P•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
