CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
0 u# x8 h' b1 {/ K- H3 @# o•        Manage all accounting transactions
$ U  h6 [5 c3 Q: a  [0 p" w•        Publish financial statements in time
& J$ u! P% ?" d' ?( X: D•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
+ ^( R6 t* i$ [; w•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
& t6 I+ ^9 g- r: x0 ]4 O•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
* u/ F" b4 Y$ Z* X" r; C6 p4 g4 \+ Q% |•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
0 s. E2 z' b5 u2 g6 v/ J•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

, u' |8 Y3 |- V& Y6 ?2 N9 Z
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
% k# [/ A& p% j3 a7 S. d" ~  ?* k6 m9 O•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
0 N. H4 H, E  D! O, A•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
, l3 O) I9 C3 \( k. l3 e•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
