• Manage all accounting transactions# O' M' Q: }* [2 v
• Publish financial statements in time) I- W- s ]4 q/ n
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings8 z$ }7 H6 o* @
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable+ a' j# V. U; Y1 W& V7 Y- T1 C
• Ensure timely bank payments3 r) a1 _7 J; ^2 Y# k2 M9 a& L% o
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements0 ?2 ^" h* B7 s# s5 s( U
• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
) W t6 O5 ?, a5 F6 V$ u) ~• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
# s2 B! D% G9 F- {% @5 m' n" M# h& H6 t, Q- o3 t
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).$ x, O0 n5 i% ` R! u) Z1 l
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)- ]2 e6 }2 O- |. J5 L
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)2 b* ]% F! P3 u) ~9 I, C
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.' d; z/ \! E' a, V2 P
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
; f J: ]% D6 }• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
. i- T" t6 z: g: Z' [5 w$ E• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.) l, }" \, Y4 T) u+ b% X
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset., G6 B- d& l# ~$ D3 e4 |) X6 M

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
