CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

8 E' \; ~9 f: \2 L6 L' rResponsibilities:
3 j, ~+ i# c2 s& Z•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
+ L' Q) V- ~" |•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
$ c' S* @2 K9 p4 F# V! `8 N* ]' c: w•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
2 _  M1 ]+ B+ G; W•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
/ c. b% v* e  d; \! G/ n. U•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
' A! \0 N- \4 v, X. R* W2 b; W  S  O•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
2 x( g8 W) E* L5 v/ f; K; B•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
+ V! r# S7 h' y+ F9 c5 M
$ l8 ]" N9 A( |4 g7 [  `•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' D9 ^( N' r4 D•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 N6 M+ C: _8 n, K•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
4 z4 B+ O* x, t( x& F•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; @6 ?! E1 o) u" z3 X( r& j•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 P! h+ o. v0 Z9 r; W•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

; i  K; M" Z: I, D- S/ y7 WSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
