CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

( l" A6 M# M, d" vResponsibilities:
* r# q& E- F7 y: k/ u•        Manage all accounting transactions
& Q- Q" p- h) I•        Publish financial statements in time
& G7 ]+ z7 O4 K& n. V•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
# @0 [4 ]7 Y, c& m( H•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
+ ^: ~( m$ I: C! u' R•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
6 s4 Q+ V7 V" d) z5 F•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
( ~6 S/ Y3 h8 a- l3 ]( M•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. N  Y# Q' R5 ~8 [+ F4 w1 r: M" t: a•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
; A3 f; o) B$ x# b; X
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
8 w4 g# s2 A" Q; A  j•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
6 f, Q& E- h. ?, O& p* Q. c/ h1 [•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
! I, O8 v" X4 L: O9 g•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
% S8 l" e2 a2 F•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

! u0 h9 f( C( i8 @2 [Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
