CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
3 w1 k4 _# N& ~•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
5 F2 ~# f' j4 s1 Z% x0 q9 u# K•        Ensure timely bank payments
+ r( `/ q5 M; |: \" f3 [  B8 U•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
7 N" K; i3 t7 ~. T3 r5 i1 t•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
8 B% A5 ?3 j: I2 E$ A•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
8 Q% W2 t5 b; `" |0 z  `
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
5 E0 G& F% i$ R* ^6 K) F•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
( ^% w  M1 v; K' ?- b( e3 v•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
- i/ ?- [( @4 `+ ~& g' f7 \! Q•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
, C) z( L; a$ x. a2 a/ F•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
