CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
' g1 B+ x' |% G( G: V! H8 b* f5 k•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
5 j4 m* H& Z6 Z  ~' u2 z" c' I•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
) o  m/ J- k( b, _! a/ z5 Z! R•        Ensure timely bank payments
: p6 C2 z1 t2 f5 R: r9 }  v•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
9 X+ O$ V6 ]9 M4 T% \& L% \•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

. b# i6 E( P( D4 xAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
8 R8 m3 v& O1 T•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; |! F; {. `# o/ U% i•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
* }9 E( i+ N! r4 X* D8 G! M•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
