CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& @% f' D8 ]8 c/ x0 r•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
" r2 A2 e% m" G; e% I•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
; L" {7 ]0 G. s% U- U+ P•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

+ z- c# I5 k$ `$ ~•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
" u6 G7 P- R4 }9 u+ `•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 w7 n* ]8 x; K) q7 i) O•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
1 Q7 Q, }4 e7 p# }7 V•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
# p* C; m& A5 t6 Y•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7 @- E$ E! P. j3 G# _* O•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
