CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

7 k9 b: F' Y; _9 |% jResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
% J! S4 b+ @9 p. q; _•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
* e$ {& h% a+ g: m6 H5 z•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
% f6 O( N- v9 z+ r# w4 L9 G: ?•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 z! v4 t, x: f; e•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
7 c, \- z; v0 c  B5 \•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

' q& g: p- R6 F5 zAccountant Requirements:

' C  s" U( `; l# |0 b8 [8 ?& u•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' c: ?3 k3 w) W% o4 S•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
+ N" |/ w7 S$ j% I$ W•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
