CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
; A$ I# K8 ~, Z3 {•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
* y7 i# f+ W) k. s$ L4 v) |•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 _7 e; p2 A! Y3 \' A2 p•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
( x2 K' F! s# M8 K+ }•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

% s  z+ Y* }& d$ B% e  g9 NAccountant Requirements:
9 H" y! \  g3 x8 \
( d6 l( {5 u) p! G9 I$ h: d•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
6 j  E# H$ i3 v8 Z9 a9 J•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 F4 [8 D2 S  b0 `+ P. N•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
( x1 o6 m' `9 ^  i$ K# g7 A; R•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
