CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
$ t  I% T- [; ^0 \" ]; e•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
& i+ T9 _$ I0 o3 p9 s* P; g•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
% I. f& A3 r$ m7 b4 O! W$ M•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 q+ N) c6 X' G( K* q•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

0 A: }7 `1 Q+ R' M4 B: X: A" d) M
" X2 T) k# b4 B9 Q4 b' ]1 i3 G3 A•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 X7 V" Z' _' W' R8 q•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
) f* m$ g+ [$ E- \0 v2 O1 r•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
