CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
9 e. g; l. y9 J9 {* q0 _; r•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

  U, L3 n# h9 Q) g* _1 h•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 e+ I/ A6 o' q•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
7 T, P1 A- n) }9 k( h•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  V' R/ v3 O; X6 H* f- m1 c, D7 [•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
