CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
+ A  M2 v" C8 q•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  K3 Q% }+ D* E2 X  N+ G4 o. w•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# \  B, y& V, {0 X  q% n•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
4 `2 X% R9 i7 ~% S0 W2 J8 z# Y•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
* \/ y+ D6 P# \. @. d/ G( l4 o•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
. }3 ?' o  ^$ u1 j•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
' q6 O- j' s* y4 @0 q1 y/ e$ w# q
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
0 @+ M0 l8 Q2 C, V0 d•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
# Q; v4 L* E8 \# R& O•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
( g' i5 {+ l6 x) y! u•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ t, p' y1 O7 n/ T•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
