CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
7 h, c. a" t% D  F" C. N•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
6 [( p( j% g" U/ J; u•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
  b- H+ o1 q! L- Q6 W•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
8 @" g( ~" o1 k, p- N$ h  G% Q! r•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

4 N/ h3 `, r7 E" _1 x) r; F
: Y& f% I: |% D; i•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
1 N6 k, D+ J# y& `7 h5 m•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
0 R; j* L9 U$ P) m. @•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
, ?* g$ Z: R* P. f0 |' t•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 c  b, T; A( I$ @, V# V% w•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
