CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

0 |- ]- y. R& R7 j: NResponsibilities:
6 S. T8 L2 U& `1 `! ]•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 L6 E' z8 f, U: ^4 t•        Publish financial statements in time
; S4 R, L0 X& Z3 |6 I9 l•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
" n6 [, ~' [$ O. ], {' N- q. f+ R•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
. ]1 P( g, h2 S  c% ]•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% z6 i' [7 ]5 s5 {9 J•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
5 m7 u; G: R; X; o% U  g•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
7 w( P8 J% e& f' g( n+ O
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
# {0 W- P# d1 ^, a$ u•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
+ R) y1 t! n! b+ @: L* ?6 |•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- T6 k+ }6 p6 ^' U•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
