CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

/ {- |% I$ ]" n0 s- w" F5 T* vResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
' `1 }7 C  r+ P9 F2 O! S•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
5 f+ H  T0 ]5 w* ?1 Z/ X4 }•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  _6 _0 U6 Z+ q! g3 b•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  B( R0 F% F( q$ g•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

' C+ ]6 G% {( F+ x* A3 gAccountant Requirements:
. ?# I7 H" L  j6 U0 ^
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
+ @# d3 `. _$ f) U1 g7 s4 B•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
. Y2 [7 K  f6 Q0 m$ Z1 y% e/ _•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 B" w1 t0 ^) L3 l( C•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. }: X" ?$ d' |+ m( {; W•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
