CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
' K$ M* ]- Y" C: ^•        Publish financial statements in time
" g+ Z9 x+ X( L: ?•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
+ |8 [% Z0 T) e' `$ r•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
1 m9 q4 }0 {$ n  N, V•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

* m3 U: u6 c6 m/ Y; s7 N! |: f1 N
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
; V: h8 N6 ~. \, o% k•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) [' c, I: k# U7 q/ M7 }& ^- F# ?•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 g- U: `  R" ~•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
) h. a9 M  ?+ t* @•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
