CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

! z% t/ B  X% ~( xResponsibilities:
# m& s# {/ Q: b0 B) l! p% z•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
7 f2 _* @' X* w5 a4 a•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
1 {! D) M5 T% Z( N3 n•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
* F4 `+ I+ D: c9 u•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

. P% D2 r: W+ Q( p•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
! c  @; Q6 X7 X7 N: T•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
; e/ a: {% g: N7 ?) X4 F- j•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 h2 a7 X! P) T! R; C1 }4 v, }•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
$ e! N* A" ]3 \% Z( R•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$ e2 S- x" W. [1 j+ ?8 E- L& {+ V2 Q•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

8 s7 i* Y. y! N* SSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
