9 B1 B: x0 e+ |/ n1 H. |2 f• Manage all accounting transactions
: G( r2 d6 r; D. z Q8 m• Publish financial statements in time
s6 g2 K; V# \/ ~" ~9 \# {! y• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings) k; c5 z# l8 `3 {) f. J; V
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
( R, ^( |/ Q# c' `3 j4 V: P• Ensure timely bank payments
# M( y+ K( S5 D4 O2 Y8 _& T* `• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
" ] X" c0 o W# G( C. f• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.0 \ J; r5 y5 W4 T( V0 a6 l9 w& n
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned7 y- c( ~' Z- Q* g" Q

2 D4 I3 E8 h! o. M# B, X1 E9 e/ a. p" M, z
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).8 |: [. l. g) N" y
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)) Y/ d7 k) {0 _- S; ^
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
s6 R6 d# _5 S5 F+ k• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; `) U% n9 v3 g. J/ D• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
4 Y% p& n1 K4 r3 @: d0 o2 c- ^• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.. Y/ K: X( p* l. ^. B
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9 G8 ` {& B6 B5 j- Y• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.; A0 u$ f" k& Y- a g k* a
