CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

3 z- ?' E; R& @4 t•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 T- L( z$ X* `* w. }: N; b•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
& s1 J$ {0 Q" ]0 N•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
4 }  V! ]- b, ]•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
! K, ]! d% Q* N, A•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
, M& q% }4 N- g" p  X+ K; E+ M•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

, v" t; a! ?4 l! \4 n: O5 BAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; v' ~6 G/ |& q* M5 P•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
7 {6 c7 d- u* D; ^•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
$ e: {% o% S2 }: Z•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 p  M7 C4 G$ L  M' l9 h•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

1 V( i4 ^% @! Y& }- {) HSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
