CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
7 \2 p! b$ D, w4 |( T0 ?•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
/ l+ r1 v3 `% ?' p$ `•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 g- y# n' m5 I; Q1 [•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

7 [9 O/ S" U! Q/ z& c+ X) D•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
2 F, k( Z6 S( d: Y9 _+ k" n, Z( H•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
% ^3 R4 L) k3 G$ S: F•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

# X1 D9 G! y3 `" A3 ySalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
