Job Description
Z5 `* u2 P+ l9 _, QResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.3 o- M3 k: `2 w2 C
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.% `( O; Z3 ^! z& B; u8 X
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
3 ?/ j0 e6 ~9 l9 bResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.8 o( h- f' {/ J. ~
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.$ D/ s. y- z. E4 [1 J/ O3 ]2 b; A( a9 R
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.: E8 b- `# C; ~" ?$ h5 R/ ~
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.( {6 L: h+ e% a* ~# W
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
9 ~- r( K7 M c0 g- KBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.. m2 m, {; |9 v
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
