Job Description
/ ^0 a! z: i8 K+ EResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.8 i& N9 w2 o9 R3 s# T
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.7 ?9 a0 g! _1 `3 u
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.* T1 V9 ~; N6 x
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider./ N( k; N8 P2 [4 U% n1 t6 u
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
4 U5 J z; o6 P8 I: pResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.

Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
) A0 C7 G! q3 X& e* X, wBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.- p+ y; h, p' `) I& {8 E1 M: w
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
