Job Description
5 B! u% U7 @, G# n5 ~Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
* B( l5 }% s6 q/ o3 f8 DResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.; D1 r/ _: B! D0 q) E: U$ }! l2 J' `
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.! V# C- G# M8 F0 R& g2 |1 X
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
8 H! O4 m7 d( Q wResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
! c) b8 v9 D. i; kResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services." [% Z, Z7 Y! F$ A$ ~! R* B" Y
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.) E) M3 F: ~% Z4 z
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
& D# h2 J3 L( N: WBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.1 ^+ f" P7 {8 V' T- k& `% X3 ]% d% U
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
