Job Description
" {. U% Z$ A6 ^0 T/ d* E% O4 wResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking., M( b9 m9 n: `$ U* o3 Z
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.! [3 Z l+ j6 Q+ ~: S% e4 _
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.* i6 Z3 K+ [' |* ~' P K+ h' u
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
& Z: [$ O9 F- y3 D- _: p3 NResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
, G3 X6 B* ~6 q; ]1 A% WResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services." \& S( z5 D: o. {) b4 n, H
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.- m$ x* o0 v) L+ L
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.$ e( J1 U+ |% u7 y
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.# g4 X$ E# _% R8 s' z
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
