Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.7 C& t ^& L% p+ j& Z8 u1 V
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.+ e0 S I+ p8 j& i, p+ r9 J8 }
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.- A! q4 v. e6 L
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
9 a E* ^6 }7 i) vResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
; W$ l F0 q5 j) }2 lResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
% Z* O! e; f; ?, MNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.) h4 m9 G# @# C# i5 c
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.; n! S/ M/ m: P5 [2 g5 o! `7 M: [; c
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
