Job Description
) w& E, `# V% ]/ h& Z2 f+ kResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
4 k; A: [& |- R0 w/ x5 A3 Z% ?Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
0 [; Y8 j- C5 k* w" o, C" K7 ^Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
2 G4 R" j6 g. ?1 UResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
$ \+ a7 C% u2 ^3 k- n; UResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.) [( q: p' S" |% \. @
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.0 A/ R$ l7 W& _& [
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.* A1 B4 {7 Y! x' S- Q, K8 h
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
9 {* S$ }1 J! k" Z0 kBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
) @# \6 S1 ~! x8 J7 }) OHelp desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
