Requirements:

Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.
" C/ |  @: C- eWorking Hour 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except: f0 e7 R  u# {; R# w7 z+ f0 r0 ^9 R
statutory holiday). May require to work from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm occasionally./ T) R" @( T9 S5 i5 ]8 }- x
Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

Order Related – Time Sensitive

Check Customer Credit limit according to guideline& F; f4 _* V, H+ ~; \2 M! A3 \: ]
Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner" T: j- |: ~; I# x9 b
Check order Accuracy in time manner/ X8 C7 i2 Q$ M& f" E9 B- j
Charge Credit Card to approve payment
: |! S) M3 I: h5 C/ D- T8 @# v. QSend orders to warehouse to process
7 i2 R7 i; [8 ACommunicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

) I2 K" v; ]) CEnsuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
! X7 l; \& z/ Q$ A' x) S1 S/ i# K- r" V3 NAddressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently6 j6 [/ q' S8 N
Reading Special Routing Guide, summarize bullet points, send to warehouse and follow up
- ^  q% C% j5 Uclosely.
0 X( Z$ M. \  Q4 YSubmit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
$ I' @$ N9 j- ~5 P; LSubmit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
3 {$ [( L0 k0 sCheck Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly9 q. q" u; a* K- [6 J  u1 e
Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
8 p8 r- ]# Q: U1 |5 HCoordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage
* c0 V5 }+ X, `: \( r: z; E- Q" d3 wproduct in transit and missed deliveries with account representative2 Y1 q& W) h. k$ w. V* @
Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.$ ?' {$ n9 U% y% v5 @$ B* p
Processing B to C orders and update tracking information in time manner.: D( Q5 `0 [2 `  ^
Admin work to update forms or file reports on portal.+ t! g5 B+ D$ E& F8 |0 J
EDI accounts related work and others as required% c, b3 g8 z5 N, O) Y( v! V

. T7 J0 @+ K$ v/ v8 ZRespond to customer & Internal team’s emails/phone calls/inquiries within 24 hours) [' k0 e+ B+ n2 [! L. K
Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner( g# f) Z* R. p- [: B. l2 q1 g
Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required6 Q8 l$ m2 e7 v3 k
Work out Weekly Sales Report6 ~: r. \4 b" L1 Q# N7 R
Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
. R, z7 a0 W* Q4 B- ~0 J2 eUpdate system with Shipping information at order level2 h8 ?7 S& _6 _; c6 w/ t% c5 ?- B
Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures# ]. \% N1 _+ c( O2 e8 y  ~8 w
Customer Service and other duties as required.
