Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
. P4 l2 R' X& O/ ~Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

+ G6 N0 Z0 I, q$ }2 ZŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
( a- Q* L! K: }) z$ `& K) C1 t5 [Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 g! `5 w6 u2 w. [: zŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
$ t2 P; _5 K% x) fŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
' f$ z" {* M, Q! |* VŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
- l$ R4 X, v! e7 C8 KŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
  X# T* v: _" _6 H( M6 p% @2 Q* oŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
6 v( x* ?/ N$ c$ O7 ?+ Z( X% OŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
: W+ t2 _9 [+ X: @' c7 dŸ   Valid driver’s license
8 f" c1 w  \8 J; IŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
$ N' p$ ^7 x; L$ z- J& e6 d$ TŸ   Computer experience required.
! f9 K9 q1 R7 E1 K4 J/ p) lExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
