8 D4 ^1 N/ Q' M0 I6 |) rŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( K  A8 w  P* Q0 `, g8 [Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
( ~/ |9 @- n1 Y8 J% o5 RŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
: D% p0 ^0 Z; }+ o- CŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.

Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
9 c5 M7 o# C9 ?. FŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; H( W' Y2 l' I* C4 @2 L( [Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 P2 h9 Y( I# S0 o8 `$ WŸ   Valid driver’s license
: j2 l: T# ?- j) mŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
