Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 \0 C: {6 L" IŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

5 J) F9 [1 l1 o; QŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
- S8 E! Q0 P" eŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
2 m( t7 z; i' |- ?Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
  H& h. }/ i9 }/ g3 TŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Q0 ^7 H5 m  F; O* T/ xŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
6 l" W- h& D+ vŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; {' }  ~6 c2 u5 v4 W: {. f6 sŸ   Excellent communication skills
+ q  [2 n) `3 z' i: @" TŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
9 W5 n$ k! ^. C2 D8 VŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ i5 A5 i: p. d' ~1 h. T! WŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
& B1 p; ~5 a$ b9 D6 U+ e7 l. X. OŸ   Valid driver’s license
  _' S! `& d/ U5 V  vŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
$ J' q, w# ^" ^9 W1 J# KŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
