工作职责
, U7 X. j* m8 X' H6 yŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 l+ _+ H% l2 F& K8 QŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
8 t1 z% @) K; D1 S% H+ jŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( P$ Z  s" A# O/ x/ m1 GŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
" E0 |) B  w  M/ wŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
9 c1 i& ~! R0 pŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
& e, v2 j0 \1 r0 ]" K; a/ y8 f7 C( RŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
