工作职责
, j( K3 S  t$ p* E( ^1 z+ ]Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 P7 j. E) Z6 t/ M6 Y5 gŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

9 E; k' r8 D2 k6 kŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
4 T0 n% I5 F4 K+ t  ?Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
0 ^  l, i  ]$ m: o; O' S/ M' _Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
. G# G3 P2 O6 F6 Z- h+ Y2 k' n/ ?Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 q# `4 i# P4 F2 HŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
( p9 ~. i1 k  \1 `3 aŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
7 D, T% Q, g2 r8 OŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
6 s0 ^+ ?8 V" M+ e- v* L6 _1 M' }4 ~& PŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
