# k# }6 ?) r7 f& i% LŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
  H; n/ w" ?: b! f% Q5 d+ U" EŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

/ [4 h% w5 v1 y8 Y6 }3 b/ mŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ j- l! y9 x3 }0 I. ~5 ~Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
; X9 u4 R" l( G* Y4 {) L4 @/ }Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
# w* o& b2 m! n8 T! R: z- P3 O  xŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& Q0 K' m6 k) S- U1 b  dŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
0 B# p1 G/ S% K7 RŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
1 [3 W3 I0 K! d9 \' M+ ]! VŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
+ u. g: ?9 d1 u: ?; GŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
. F6 [: [% d3 I0 Q8 m. DŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
