工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
0 Y) o+ L4 D9 Y1 g; hŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& |! e# h  L$ n. ~Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
# s# I1 f6 _$ z" n5 D  u任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
& I! o6 V/ o/ e+ }7 rŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
) x. C% w) v: {) |9 Z$ l: W5 a5 EŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
) V6 u0 |2 Z2 z3 A1 f% X5 e  pŸ   Excellent communication skills
  y1 x( Y( ?7 a* y$ G! W$ KŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
7 v# ^+ J: D; _$ ^Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
4 I4 J1 T  e0 h2 T3 KŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
( L( T. a0 o8 K& O' y& G0 }Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
( Z5 b& \8 h8 ~3 m$ M1 u$ o6 aExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
