% f( V+ g8 V7 H! H, x0 G- ]4 QBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
/ }0 G8 a9 I  BDuties and Responsibilities:
0 q, k! x; _. H1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
% x) I; d$ o% K9 k3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
4 Q/ {5 y  U3 {  ~( A5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
& B( p0 t! @9 y( f4 N" ^7 K2 _7. Other duties as assigned
7 M& ^, x" {2 x9 S4 q$ uSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
