7 A6 B. I& m' f+ ?Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
4 m0 M' j6 P8 w6 O( T; |/ C0 ]  K1 ADuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
8 e3 V! B( H: W+ o3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
8 n5 I2 H& ~; c' I4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
* [* O' `; B2 T* k+ S1 e8 ISkills and specifications:
/ E7 K4 n9 v2 P; i  e7 D1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
# J/ Q! H! Y: q* n. P7 ?% O2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( L) n: f: Z, N* q3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
