1 I, Y0 I1 R6 g/ M% m6 s5 ]; R1 i+ E0 pBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
# e( t, x" M+ n: ~3 ?1 O0 [1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
! E! o. G% y$ w3 t/ K; O6 S3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
- T' F3 S& R1 S& c+ Z& q+ T6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
% p1 c' b- J* l% o( d; V" r: hSkills and specifications:
8 Z  p% i. _0 x( E" H$ e7 M2 @1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
# U1 [9 |( U( X2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
7 X1 Q- g$ V! Q& k" P4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
