" U( U4 E( D7 L; p! nBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
! Z# [' A9 V1 ]. w" uDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
" n( n7 ], T$ [' o% J# l% }2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
* J" V6 z/ X6 A# _: `4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
9 }# l6 R8 D1 ~% k/ S8 c* @6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
1 L& t' ?' i$ j2 C7. Other duties as assigned
& j, R; f) y. V% V, q$ ]% P6 l* OSkills and specifications:
  O9 H. j  J7 \5 l4 U5 P1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
