CAC Enterprises Group Inc. is a scrap metal recycling facility that is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver. We have work that takes us to many destinations within the city of Edmonton, (occasionally the province of Alberta) and need a conscientious and safety focused driver to join our team.

Key Job Duties

· Perform pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks and paperwork

+ Y5 T: K" `4 f· Connecting and disconnecting trailers

4 ^& i6 g2 f# b! _' e$ d( W, ?1 s' c1 t· Record keeping of travel details, repairs and inspections

- G# j9 }7 V  ~5 K0 M: Q) _0 j: v, T· Keep equipment tidy, clean and in good working order

· Operate manual and automatic shifts

· Secure loads safely

· Minimum 3 years experience

( b+ w2 n( X  s. P8 g7 m, O· Valid Class 1 license

· Familiarity with industry safety rules and regulations

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

$ U) }, |! M( s* ]0 s, A· Knowledge of large vehicle maintenance, traffic regulations and a good sense of orientation

· Working in this industry requires patience and respect; sometimes the job takes longer than we would like but always being tolerant is paramount.

· Oversized loads experience is considered an asset
