. j- |4 V( z# t9 H* ]* S% DBrief Job Description:  Reporting to COO.  You are responsible to oversee the QA program and ensure all certification requirements are maintained.
' Z3 s8 S+ a0 F2 P4 W1 RDuties and Responsibilities:
1.        Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team member
2.        Lead all audits (NSF, CFIA)
' G9 E5 {5 ^. u1 k3.        Maintain and update all food safety and quality programs
, z1 X( y( e/ \" _9 p- h7 o4.        Ensure all CFIA, food safety and audit requirements are met
5.        Lead on new product development and continuous improvement on existing products
% {+ D: R8 ?( [- v, a, d9 M: M6.        Perform internal audits
7.        Manage all customer inquiries and complaints
8.        Some travel required (1-2 times a year)
5 j( a! e! o" jSkills and Qualification:  
1.        Bachelor of Foods Science
% d% _2 b/ J3 D. y! C4 ^, |2.        Strong knowledge on NSF, CFIA, HACCP, GMP
3.        Strong understanding of food manufacturing, food safety and food quality
4.        Ability to work well under pressure
7 x; u, V: L% Y9 [( n& F2 w9 K5.        Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadline in a fast-paced environment
9 x' G2 R- \" A; ?7 X2 t6.        Strong organizational and time management skills
# ~! D2 \$ i! @8 |7 R0 \Work Experience:  Minimum of 2 years of food manufacturing experience as a QA Manager or Supervisor
