China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
! ]' I6 J7 R3 o' Q9 S: M9 L! Mstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
1 f+ _; z; ?. M. a& t# s& s1 U; {identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
