A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
1 L  E, l3 U3 N" Z; QChina in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
& n, `' M/ b$ n3 `8 hthe shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
