2. Arrange the viewing appointments

4. Handling phone calls and emails7 {$ f/ r2 x8 j" J9 m
5. Bookkeeping! r% B. S+ h7 \3 @
6. Visit the building and enter the units/ i$ U( D* j* @
7. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
