Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

4 u; q/ i' b1 _! C9 PExceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.- D( ~! C$ ~- x. Q

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.) ?0 b: Q/ ~! _4 L7 v; p3 E

5 b0 t) a( r/ OAbility to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.
