The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.3 e( d7 [) m( |7 I/ R, l

Schedule:

$ B$ t# y& ~" M) P$ s( G! b. z: aMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
8 K1 V/ z0 C5 I A3 o+ g3 PInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials/ @- R! q! q7 s3 B9 M! e" c" Y9 W
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
% a, Q2 R/ t$ BMust be able to work safely at all times' z ^' t( G7 Y
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
( L% @7 C& m: `% z6 E# xPerforms routine housekeeping.

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
, ]8 h" b) X" n7 @( D% p. j, DKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
. A6 V; v0 C+ ^8 H8 E1 YHigh school diploma (Or GED)
3 A; E7 t: e# t& D6 V9 Q+ fWell-articulated and assertive
' `9 m8 }: b; W) jAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
