CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

* i1 L, q) s( `% BKey Responsibilities:
7 C& R( b- F" X3 {9 U
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
$ B7 z7 [7 U& y3 @5 u% d3 G-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
7 \6 f8 a1 V0 s5 ]-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
$ B' j& x4 F2 ?8 t4 x' n-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

) n7 w& q7 b, e( E- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
* V: A5 a" R! m8 h9 C9 e- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
