Duties include: working closely with graduate students and research
technicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
9 o/ D+ i- Q$ T: G$ Qfor use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
/ H" W3 ~2 i+ l6 a% @compounds by chromatography.

% m* m7 Q9 F! c0 K# UQualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
: K2 ^+ s! J. ^$ U$ j9 RChemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
- f/ [+ p$ _- y' s' U0 x3 `8 ^analytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
9 }7 Y4 W/ V. R" n2 @4 |, c, [0 Jseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part

This position will provide the candidate with experience in biochemical
8 u7 w$ B' T# Kand chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
