Student Intern.

6 S& U' t/ z: ~3 C. h! k- b/ I! ^+ f6 SSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
. W3 Z9 f/ K( g' D( x8 h
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
& {* j) o; U$ Uadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
. {) z. s4 U: Waddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
# x! F6 v: b' H5 l# C7 [3 R7 }  U/ ]skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
/ m7 {. k% v3 A' Wan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
