The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
+ O* N- C3 D9 l6 r1 Z9 bStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

5 `* ]8 Z8 F, m  n0 o) zDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
6 a8 _$ _2 |( ~0 M& [& gmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

! i5 z0 h  O6 ~6 PQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
$ C$ U0 T2 v" E6 @) Zpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
( e+ [* C  D4 ?3 l# iskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
: _2 I7 e4 H4 `! I# o1 G6 ^0 @7 dproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
0 I# I1 }1 X2 Y: I% d  Kan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
