The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
7 w4 M" J6 ~5 V: N+ dStudent Intern.

; c7 C5 k7 f0 ~; i# LSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
8 F* U' j) x) Vanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
/ u- C* H# I/ R' dmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
6 K/ @0 \; Z/ y. L8 c. O! b, jaddresses and general office duties.

- _1 q: c9 r7 a# u9 L: E7 sQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 V! G3 ?' l& v8 f# Q" n9 kskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
6 O9 W+ a- f5 F+ pproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
0 Y4 F6 {0 o3 ean asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
3 R3 S  R; A( b! p: bdirections.
