Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

* O( k9 Y/ H- HMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.0 W2 Q$ L& u% t5 h5 C
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
' k3 f5 S1 {9 J# KEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
" i# O/ A8 |% c3 [5 i3 O6 B7 ^Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.4 }. f) d# B8 Y/ s2 s
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.8 L5 H2 M# D7 c
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
