Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
7 V7 f, ]# y6 DMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.9 M6 i2 C# T8 [; w+ j

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.5 X P: |7 X. p7 \
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.& R; t3 r! ?% `; f' z
