4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails

6. At least 1-year work experience in any field, N$ @$ \ P, b/ k7 s1 E

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools- C& h8 e, e. j6 `9 `
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks3 O8 ?, W# R, y9 _. u v/ K
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
+ g2 k* b3 E* e9 D4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices( @5 B6 z6 V6 D- d, d$ t
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
