Requirement:

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions" r; I- t7 D7 s
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
* S3 o; b$ d! x1 ^' X6 W( a3 `5. Has class 5 drivers license
9 n( O$ w1 i* X) j6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

5 y! Z9 g: l5 M1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools( x2 ^* _9 w; f4 S- J/ M, ~ E2 L: l' A
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
e4 |/ w' j5 M) \5 y, ^3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
& b5 h l3 B1 ]4 p- C( D n4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
