Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week

) y- n# Z( Y' o) a( J& u5 D+ K+ E6 h' F1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
& z. |3 m9 e# E. e9 w; q4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license
8 G1 g9 B2 D2 M5 V6. At least 1-year work experience in any field
4 I; b( s' B# f# s$ o
Job Duties:
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
* S7 x# D- T+ p1 \, L- r2 ~2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
4 E( W8 m% k  |1 J# E5 M3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4 \+ J3 v# h: f6 s6 N2 a" n4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
