Requirement:

' v" i; J- X$ n+ ]2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance) h; h* q4 d3 S. ]7 B+ U
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
+ _5 l9 h" J+ m! R; \4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
4 d3 H; [3 ]* i4 s$ O5. Has class 5 drivers license
1 S7 j2 D+ @0 Q5 ~1 X6. At least 1-year work experience in any field0 S. G( x2 F& ]& Q, s
& ^" v/ [2 D, G+ w6 e# c
Job Duties:
9 G" P5 A; }# A9 u2 E1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
1 y% U7 ~( J. T) i) L4 D2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
7 q: r+ X7 _: l. c3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
, a* z( L2 U2 K5 d0 Q4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
2 r" U8 P+ [7 \; K5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
