2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails

Job Duties:
; p/ x2 I$ p4 H- D! R$ ]- c1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues. 1 y9 l' K3 J7 h3 m$ ~
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks+ N3 B8 N$ r8 q/ q/ p: |+ g
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
% z9 J6 f$ M& P. ~6 `) J$ L- l4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices4 m: |. R, |* L! q
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs2 _8 k' p9 w5 `* [7 c. ~
6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning. $ p* Z% _, x' a2 W& a- T5 }
