Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

customer service and room cleanliness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
( q8 D$ k) E9 U' {1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage ; i7 D1 ^" h" p+ l- \& c- v

3 k7 }3 ~7 y3 W7 Z, ?% {; A2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
* I3 z( c1 o$ g2 g" uhigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in 8 X+ ]: O ` @5 M
accordance with Students' Union policies.

6 a0 {% ~( g/ X2 {) b3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the - G5 t. g, z3 @+ T
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.3 _, \2 d9 \4 t( a5 ~

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, & P0 S) l A, R& D4 v: j# J& F' {
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal ( M- c7 F) w: K! @8 p; O
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.9 M& v9 c7 e) a$ i A k, K
8 q; ]7 g2 _% z X6 q, a2 H5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate
/ e' v5 ]( y6 k8 `action when necessary in accordance with established Server
/ ~! K1 W+ X2 g2 r; Z( Dintervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.
7 H Z' O" [2 w u6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health , }+ _& j, z P6 r3 L- k
Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS;
# G$ |( T; l) X9 V9 |$ L1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent., X' v4 C: p/ K9 D4 _' b" c/ B1 Y
; @: o9 r, V0 y8 g5 Y/ Z# J0 i {0 q2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
! L: t+ U( D+ d# s, N+ Doperation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge ' ?2 k' Q4 X$ R) o
