Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the / n9 }- e* z3 A6 o6 k
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, 6 ^0 u4 } m# [) ^- {% V

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:: ]. A5 r7 `7 G2 L9 F- n% f0 m4 }
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ; v F0 q4 l+ x: o
bar and debit floats.

1 n" C! v) H- F z) R, V1 Q2 M3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
# f1 S9 l6 f$ E6 Deach shift, and upon closing.3 `9 z# f; s% Z" @

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular j2 d% P) W% j( V# C
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
! b5 _& k/ k5 Lseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.* \1 G0 C. U% e

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
. ]# \4 y9 ]+ }: Zstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 8 p* ]6 F* d1 [" j
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

7 |2 y: N& f+ t6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
$ L" V* @5 y" N A) F/ v) u8 Pmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a ( I' c, l |! P( j! O0 L' u9 W
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in ! `) O6 B& t3 z1 _
accordance with Students' Union policy.
